Biografie
Dj Spud co-hosts a weekly radio show on the award-winning Sub.FM and holds residences at Amsterdam based events Cheeky Monday, Swagga, Fyah, Lionstyle and Freeky Friday and Zaandam based nights Vitamine D and Jungle Strike.
Spud, originally hailing from Jersey, has been an integral member of the Cheeky Monday crew since it's inception. This Amsterdam based crew have been smashing out weekly underground events since 2005. What started as a collection of like minded drum'n'bass djs with different takes on the music, has become an infamous cult in the global party scene.
2011 has been a big year for Spud as he has taken his djing to the next level and represented Cheeky Monday internationally with very successful festival appearances at both Glastonbury and Outlook Festivals.
Spud has been spinning vinyl to crowds since 2001 when he became a part of Jersey's leading Elementz and Terminology crews working alongside Terminal State.
During his DJ career he has supported artists such as Goldie, Storm, Hype, Grooverider, Nicky Blackmarket, Randall, JFB, Dub FX, Phantasy, Ray Keith, Bladerunner, Klute, Nymfo, Lenzman, Utah Jazz, Ink, Vapour, Meth, Trei, Chris.Su, Ruffstuff, Zero T, Logan D, Slum Dogz, June Miller, Emalkay, Trolley Snatcha, Truth, BunZero, Nicon, Southbound Hangers, Sinister Souls and Calculon and many many more.
