Biografie
One of the most impressive MCs on the circuit, MC Phantom has been performing at the some of the biggest drum and bass venues for over a decade. Renowned for his stage presence and high energy sets, Phantom has collected a huge following of fans, regularly appearing on D&B TV drumandbass arena alongside DJ A.M.C and has a regular slot on the legendary Kool FM every other Saturday night 9pm-11pm alongside Hoodlum
Inspired by the jungle mix tapes he used to listen to, Phantom threw himself into the drum and bass scene from an early age. By 1995 he had already established himself as an MC working with some of the biggest names in the game working with top artists including Kenny Ken, Randall, Micky Finn at Jungle Love in Luton. Having received renowned respect from his first big gig, Phantom claimed his second residency at Jungle Jam in Luton. His high tempo set resulted in ravers buzzing, banging on the walls and screaming for more – the Luton legend was born.
Having gone from strength to strength in the business he secured a slot on home counties pirate radio station, perception fm, working with Dj's Concrete, Barrington and mc Five Alive.
In 1997 Phantom gained residency at WARNING in Cambridge. Gaining regular work from this, he has been asked to appear at various clubs around the UK and abroad, the rest is history.
