Biografie
The global Dance icon and "Indonesian best rural DJ of the Year" by Paranoia Awards, Dixie has had little time to rest upon his laurels over the past decade. In a career that has taken him from the Bandung underground club of culture to some amazing rave party in Indonesia. his Midas touch like has seen Dixie rise as an idol of modern house music.
He start DJ from year 2005 - start from Bandung and now he become one of Indonesian wanted DJ.When he start to choose learning how to be a DJ, he was inspired by The Best
DJ referring to International Best DJ's. Sebastian Ingrosso, Axwell and Steve Angello. Without any compromise, I start
to learned how to be a DJ. So he got a lot of information about this thing and suddenly he realize his main objective not only to be a good DJ but he have to be the best one.
With the skill he gained from DJ Romy him self, He start to learn how to be a good Producer. Then he prove it in his first
single featuring DJ Romy 1945 MF named "Galactic Funk" which released in www.beatport.com and 60 Digital Download.
After his confident enough with his skill, now he build a duo DJ's called "DIXIE ^ DANA" with his childhood friends,Dana. and soon they will release an international Album.
He also Collaborated with local best producer such as Osvaldo Nugroho, and their goot their own album named " Gembira loka" which release in national and international market
Now is the time he can once again concentrate on his solo career, for Dixie these songs are all crafted with love and passion from the heart Having spun eclectic sets in throughout Indonesia at 537 shows over thepast 10 years, it is fair to say that Dixie has a solid vision for the road ahead. As a proud member of the
thriving Indonesian Dance Culture and a man who has taken the long way around to fulfill his dreams, the passion and also the love to the dance music.
