DJ POELECK: A.k. a Poeleck....Michael Cranen started somewhere in 1984 as a breakdancer, practicing & learning in the streets of Venray, showing his skills to the people and rocking many floors .
"It was a real exciting time for me, learning acrobatics and being introduced with lots of different rhythms.
Discovering to become one with the electronical sound and finding my own moves for uprocking-battles. Poineering and invinting with my homies, it was really sensational."

His passion for music did grow continually and in 1987 he was asked by dutch hiphop crew Legal Dope (a. k.a. DJ O. T.B. now known as part of electronic band Funckarma), to joy them on their shows as an dancer in Holland, Belgium and Germany.
This made collaborations possible with other artists such as 24K, Traumatic, Double Trouble & Rebel MC, Urban Dance Squad, Exctince and many more.

In 1993 he couldn't resist the need to play music more the he already did and began to DJ in local pubs which soon resulted in bigger events, his breakthrough in Poland brought him to a higher and international level.
His variety of choices and his knowledge of music makes every evening with him as an ultimate dance-experience.
Though started with hiphop & electro, oldschool breakbeat and Rave music, his primary love he says;" ..House music and Drum & Bass." If heard a set you'll find it very eclectic from downtempo straight up, always!

Nowadays he has visited a whole range of soundperforming podia in Holland.
In Holland people know him for floorfilling atmospheres whether the style he plays is clubby, drum&bass or rave-classix till techno, he rocks the crowd anyway. In 2007 already busy with producing his own league, he decided with fellow selectors to start their own agency (www.cf crew productions.nl).
So be prepared to expect more from this musical centipede.
