Housequake are celebrating their 20-year anniversary this year. What started as a spontaneous back2back set between the two biggest club DJs of the Netherlands has grown into a dance phenomenon that generations of clubbers have grown up with.
Roog said: “We honestly cannot believe it’s been 20 years! And the good thing is we are having more fun than ever before! And we have an incredibly special year lined up, more to be announced soon.”
Erick adds his thoughts, saying: “We would like to thank everyone for their support over the last 20 years. Our booker Leonieke has collected video messages from all our peers as a gift. Everyone had such lovely words to say...truly touching! We have received many more messages than we could fit in the video, but these will be released on our socials soon.”
To suggest that 2023 will be an epic year is an understatement. For now, please enjoy this video of some of the main players in the dance industry paying tribute to Roog and Erick, featuring the likes of Franky Rizardo and Oliver Heldens to Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano and many more.
