·Dutch visual artist and the founder of Hashtek23 Records.
Dj at Hashtek23 soundsystem.
Born 1974, Dj since dec '93
Owen started out in local clubs in the Netherlands with club, progressive, trance and old skool stuff.
With some performances in France and Spain, he took a break in 2002 to later return dj'ing.
In 2013 he rolled into the underground tekno scene of the Netherlands and in 2014 he founded the Hashtek23 soundsystem with some his friends at the Fuckparade 2k14 performance. Since 2014 Hashtek23 is a steady participant of Fuckparade.
Owen has performed at many freeparties and teknivals besides the legal parties in the scene.
Since 2018 Owen designs stuff for Zodiak Commune and Zodiak Commune Records and half 2018 Owen started Hashtek23 Records.
The first release was in March 2019 and in 2022, the 10th record was released.
Besides this Owen was resident DJ at Radio UMX from 2017 till 2021. In 2020 Owen started Underground Frequences Online (UFO) together with eMeL
