Say Cheese - Älgost
One of the most expensive cheeses in the world is defenitly älgost. Made of goose-milk by Älgens Hus. A goose-farmer in the east of Sweden. Älgens can milk the gooses only from may to september and milking them will take more than 2 hours per animal. Älgens make 300 kilo of cheese per year and he sell it only to the high-class society and restaurants. If you want one kilo of Älgost, you have to pay 750 euro!
