About:
The Basic version contains all the codecs that are needed for playing most movies that can be downloaded from the internet. The full version has some extra codecs which are used less often. The full version also includes a good Player for movie files.
Installation:
It is strongly recommended to uninstall all codec packs (DivX, XviD, Nimo Codec Pack, etc.) that you have on your system prior to installing the K-Lite Codec Pack. This is to keep your system clean and tidy and to avoid any possible codec conflicts.
