i still can't believe how bad i goofed. 
i'm not sure if i should have had more to drink, or less (i was on drink #5 for the night I think). the only thing i could think of was Kanye West popping up out of nowhere going: "Imma let u finish..."
but i had a lot of fun, and it was a cool opportunity/experience so i'm pretty grateful for it. definitely would like to try it again someday, maybe with a smaller crowd so i'm not so nervous.
