Op zondag 25 augustus 2024 wordt de binnenstad van Hoorn omgetoverd tot een paradijs voor muziekliefhebbers tijdens de Record & CD Fair Hoorn, die plaatsvindt tijdens de Superkoopzondag. Terwijl de meeste winkels geopend zijn, wachten maar liefst 200 kramen op je in de belangrijkste winkelstraten. Een aantal van deze kramen is speciaal gereserveerd voor de Record & CD Fair, waar je kunt genieten van een enorme selectie aan vinyl en cd's.

RecordPlanet‘s annual open-air Record & CD Fair will take place on August 25, 2024 in the historic centre of Hoorn from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Many vinyl dealers from all over Europe will participate bringing loads of music to Hoorn.
At the same time as the record fair there is also a large antiques and curiosities market in Hoorn, the "Pearl of the IJsselmeer". In addition, it is the last Sunday of the month and thus super shopping Sunday in Hoorn, so the stores are also open from 12:00 to 17:00. This makes Hoorn on Sunday 25 August the ideal summer day out for the whole family.
The record fair will be held in the streets Gouw and Nieuwstraat. Grote Noord and Kleine Noord are for merchants with a wide variety of braderie trade, and on Breed and Gedempte Turfhaven there will be merchants with antiques/curiosa/vintage and art.
These fairs are outdoors and therefore free of entrance fees.
