🕔 COME EARLY
The running time of the show on 8th February is from 5 PM to 2 AM. Transmission is more than a regular dance event and we advise you to be inside on the floor by 5 PM when the spectacular show starts. The last entry to Sydney Showground is at midnight - 12 AM.
️ NO pass outs will be available! Last Entry at 11:59PM

🔞 This is a licensed 18+ event, and valid photo ID (Australian / International passport, Australian Driver's License, Australian Proof of Age card) must be presented, along with a valid ticket, to gain entry to the event.

Every ticket must be scanned at the entrance, the best way is to bring a printed version of your ticket to the event but if you can’t find a printer on the day we can scan tickets off your phone. Admission will only be granted with a valid ticket. Tickets cannot be scanned twice. IDs must match the name on your ticket.
️ Tickets are available exclusively through Ticketbooth and Verified Promoters. We cannot guarantee or check the validity of tickets purchased through second-hand websites including from the following websites: Viagogo, Gumtree, Stubhub, Vibewire, Ticketswap or Ebay.

🔊 SOUND LEVELS
The sound level will be between 102 and 105 db. To protect your hearing it’s strongly advised to wear party-earplugs, these can also be purchased at the merchandise stand at the show.

⚡ SPECIAL EFFECTS CAUTION
The show contains special effects including strobe lighting, lasers, confetti and pyrotechnics. Please note if you are prone to epileptic seizures, high intensity strobing and effects will be used throughout the event.

🎟️ VIP Ticket holders, please enter through the main entrance, there you will find your express entry lane and can get your VIP accreditation. The VIP Balcony is located on the right hand side of the venue. VIP dedicated toilets are located behind the deck. 👕 MERCHANDISE
A wide selection of Transmission Merchandise will be available on the night inside at the back left of the halls. Here you can find Transmission hoodies, bandanas, T-shirts, crop tops, fans, lanyards, wristbands and much more!

🧥 CLOAKROOM
Is located near the front entrance on the left as you enter, $5 per item (no re-access during event). Lost & Found is also located at the Cloakroom up until the end of the event.

♿ DISABLED ACCESS
Transmission Australia 2020 is fully accessible.

😌 REGENERATION - CHILL OUT ZONE
For those who need to recharge their batteries, there is a large area in the back of the hall.

🚑 FIRST AID
If you or a friend are feeling unwell, please see First Aid immediately. First Aid is located at the rear of the venue. First aid staff are your friends

🍔 FOOD & DRINKS
A wide selection of food and non-alcoholic drinks can be found outside to the left of the venue. All Bars take Eftpos

💧 FREE WATER STATIONS are located throughout the venue.

🚫🚬 SMOKING/VAPING is prohibited i have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of illicit substances. Police sniffer dogs will be present at the event. If you are in possession of drugs, you will be denied access to the event and handed over to the authorities without refund. There will be amnesty bins at the festival entry, so we strongly encourage you to bring nothing but good vibes! You will be searched prior to entry.

🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS
● NO Illicit drugs or substances
● NO Pets or animals (excluding aid dogs)
● NO Weapons or items that may be used in a dangerous manner or cause injury to other Patrons such as selfie sticks, totem poles, banner sticks etc...
● NO masks permitted. Faces must be visible at all times
● NO promotional material including stickers and flyers
● NO audio or video recording devices including professional photography equipment
● NO laser pens, glow-sticks or helium balloons
● NO whipped cream dispensers and chargers (nangs)
● NO liquids permitted on site, including perfumes, creams, eye drops, hand sanitizers etc...
● NO drinks or food items permitted
● NO equipment capable of producing open flames such as flares, sparklers, pyrotechnics and fireworks.

In order to capture all the special moments of Transmission, it is possible to bring your mobile phones. Professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses) and video cameras are NOT ALLOWED. Selfie sticks, compact cameras and GoPros are also not allowed.

🚆 GETTING HOME BY TRAIN
Additional late-night train services are operating at the following times:
● T7 OLYMPIC PARK LINE
The Lidcombe to Olympic Park Sprint will continue to operate every 10 minutes until 0220 hours.

● Departing Olympic Park at 0220 hours and to Blacktown stopping Lidcombe, Auburn, Granville, Parramatta, Westmead, Seven Hills and Blacktown .

● Departing Olympic Park at 0230 hours to Penrith stopping Lidcombe, Auburn, Granville, Parramatta, Westmead, Seven Hills then all stations
to Penrith.

● T4 ILLAWARRA LINE
The 0206 hours Erskineville to Central Terminal service to Cronulla, departing at 0250 hours stopping all stations to Cronulla.

One train will also depart at approximately 0230 hours stopping all stations to the City Circle via all the Inner West stations
