In 2017, Labyrinth took their experience and artistic direction from Belgium to Croatia to create a brilliant satellite event that is focused on music, food art and technology. One year later Labyrinth Club and Labyrinth Open Croatia are joining forces for the official pre-party of Labyrinth Open Croatia 2018 in Belgium! Marijus Adomaitis' career has taken many different forms, but as TEN WALLS he's been more creative than ever. There's an idea that musical theory inhibits creativity in dance music, imposing rules in artists' minds where they need not exist. Sure, an experienced pianist might struggle to adopt the melodic restraint that techno requires, but it's a flimsy notion to apply wholesale, especially when you consider the work of someone like Marijus Adomaitis. Adomaitis grew up in Lithuania in a family of musicians, his father and brother both violinists. Adomaitis chose bassoon, and played throughout high school. Classical music and jazz were a constant in the house. He later attended music college, and wound up taking on what he describes as "projects," i.e. working as a producer for other artists. When Adomaitis eventually released his own music, it was his background as a musician that defined his club tracks. Ten Walls is probably the best manifestation of Adomaitis's past experiences. His arrangements are rich and full of instrumentation, and with tracks like "Gotham," "Walking With Elephants" and "Requiem," he realised the bassoon's unlikely dance floor potential. https://partyflock.nl/artist/77552
DAMIR HOFFMAN is a dj, producer & head of party organisation based in Nova Gorica Slovenia. He has been in the Slovenian electronic music scene for the past 10 years and there's no bigger club or event where he didn't perform yet. From the very beginning it was clear that he has an outstanding music taste which attracted the attention of the audience very fast. After playing at some parties in 2001, he felt the need for his own contribution to the local clubbing scene, so he started to organize parties with international guests. The events spread like fire and Damir became well known for his energetic closing sets. In the 2007 he started working at Marco Polo club and Reload concept was born. Over the years almost all the biggest techno players performed at Reload parties and Reload is currently the strongest brand for club nights in the region. 2011 was the year for Damir. He got the opportunity from Marco Bailey to release on his MB Elektronics imprint. The first track released ''Break point'' was already a success as it entered immediately in the Beatport top 100 techno chart. Our resident dj TOFKE started djing 27 years ago at underground parties back in 1989 when he was only 15 years old. He was Belgium’s youngest dj in the very first after club in Belgium called The Globe. Soon he played all over Europe in clubs like Warehouse Cologne, E-Werk Berlin, La Luna in Marseille, Rex in Paris and raves likes Mayday and Love Parade in Berlin with dj’s like Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier, Jack de Marseille and Richie Hawtin to name a few. www.facebook.com/Tofke1976
