Born and raised in Sydney Australia, Toneshifterz had become the hard dance heavy weight in the Australian scene and has risen in the ranks to become the number 1 hard dance act in Australia. Originally from the roots of happy hardcore, His outstanding Musical Ability has taken him further than most could imagine.
Elie has achieved international success by playing a series of much admired main stage events including, Defqon.1 Festival Netherlands, Decibel Outdoor Festival, Tomorrowland, IQON and of course Defqon.1 in Australia just to name a few.
In 2009, Toneshifterz was signed to Fusion Records where several hits we're released, such as “Jaydee” and “Empire Of The Sun” together with the Noisecontrollers, which then was followed by productions such as “We Are The Future” and the “Angels and Demons 8 Track EP” part of the ep was “Electro Shock”, which ended up part of their successful debut album called “Till Daybreak Meets” released in early 2012. One year earlier brought Toneshifterz one of their biggest privileges of writing the Official Anthem for Defqon.1 Australia 2011: “Psychedelic Wasteland”.
Now, in early 2013 Elie has joined forces with most admired Brennan Heart and long time friend and colleague Code Black with the new hardstyle label slash platform “WE R” soon after they brought forth their massive hit single “Last Night” featuring vocalist Chris Madin.
Toneshifterz is continually innovating his sounds in the studio and 2014 will bring you lots and lots more productions to count on. Prepare for the hardstyle heavy weight when de comes your way – “WE R TONESHIFTERZ”.
