Pleiadian Federation Flagship, Nibiru
There seems to be a lot of conflicting information being circulated regarding Nibiru. As a result I receive the same questions over and over. The following is my attempt to sort out that information and put it in its proper perspective. Much of what has been channeled from other sources has truth in it. The only problem with some if this information is that it is being taken out of context or is expressed as a blanket statement when the information really only applies to a small segment or group of the Nibiruan population. What is Nibiru?
Nibiru is the 4th dimensional flagship of the Milky Way Galaxy’s Galactic Federation. Like Pelegai, many different civilizations have representatives that live aboard it. As well as being a Federation Flagship, Nibiru is also a planet and a battle star. Nibiru is a little over three times the size of earth.
Nibiru was originally a planet that was thrown out of orbit with the implosion/explosion of Sirius B. It wound up in the Pleiades and therefore is known to some as a Pleiadian planet.
Nibiru became a starship when it was converted from a near lifeless form, hollowed out and turned into a ship. You could liken it in some ways to the space station on the TV show called Deep Space Nine. The only difference is that Nibiru travels the galaxy. That is why the people live inside of it instead of on the surface. Another reason is that it was created for deep space travel where there would be no sun for many years. In a way, you could say that it is an artificial planet. Only the shell is original.
Nibiru is a battle star because it was outfitted for war with ships and heavy weapons. When negotiations fail Nibiru is capable of waging war to defend itself against attack. It also uses these same weapons to defend planets and races against attack when authorized to do so.
What color is Nibiru?
Nibiru is a red planet with a gold hue. As a result, it appears as a bright yellow-gold star when seen from earth. Nibiru’s brightness is due in part to the gold dust suspended in its atmosphere. This gold dust is used to maintain the atmosphere of Nibiru and fill the holes in its atmosphere that were caused by atomic missiles fired at it during the last Great Galactic War in which it was involved and seriously crippled. The gold repels radiation from space and keeps the people inside the ship from dying.
By the way, this was the same war in which Maldek was destroyed by Nibiru after the opposing forces had destroyed the colonies on Mars, Venus and Earth. If you want to know more about the outcome of this war and the reason Maldek was destroyed, you will find that information in the book We are the Nibiruans.. The biosphere of Mars and Venus were also destroyed along with their colonies leaving both planets a wasteland. In ancient times Nibiru was symbolized as the eight-pointed star mostly due to its brightness. The Egyptians called it “the bright star of the crossing.”
Does Nibiru have rings?
Yes, it is my understanding that Nibiru has rings much like those of Saturn. It uses them as a sort of propulsion system. They propel Nibiru through space. The rings move in opposite directions from each other and up and down like wings, but the wings move in opposite directions. I am not a scientist and, therefore, I find it hard to describe what I see. There is a term for it but that term escapes me at the moment.
Why do some people call Nibiru a red comet?
I believe this is due to the fact that Nibiru has an orbit and for a time was restricted to that orbit when it was overtaken in 2000 BC. Other than that, Nibiru appears to be in an orbit because it circles the galaxy. But it can break from its normal rotation whenever it is needed for a particular assignment that would take it out of that orbit. Once again, we must look at the historical orientation of the people making this claim. It can very well come from a time when their ancestors knew Nibiru to be in a stationary orbit just like the other planets of our solar system. They are accurate in their claim but only as it pertains to that specific timeframe. It does not apply in general.
Is Nibiru a brown dwarf?
Many scientists are speculating that Nibiru is a dark star or a “brown dwarf.” A brown dwarf is a star that never accumulated enough mass to ignite. Nibiru may be classified as a brown dwarf because it was either a planet or a star before it was expelled from the Sirius star system with the implosion or explosion of Sirius B. Since I am not sure which one it was, I have no problem with scientists labeling it a brown dwarf. They can only work with what they know as the present time. Time will tell which one it is.
As Nibiru comes closer, it will create a heyday of confusion and radical theories as scientists and mankind in general grapple with the mystery of Nibiru. It will be just one more way in which Nibiru will play a role in mankind’s awakening to all there is.
Who lives on Nibiru?
There are many races and civilizations represented in the population aboard Nibiru. Some are more predominant than others. Some are hominoid, some reptilian, some insectillian, some android, etc. Some are even like hairy apes. There are literally hundreds of races and hybrid varieties represented in the population of Nibiru. Once again I reference Deep Space Nine and also Star Trek.
Each group of beings have living areas that simulate their natural environment. For example the dolphin representatives live in an aquatic environment while the reptilians live an a hot and humid environment. The humans live in an environment much like ours on earth. The octopus like beings live in tanks made especially for them and so on. Since Nibiru is almost 4 times the size of earth, there is plenty of room to move. Some groups have developed into entire civilizations as a result and don’t return to their home worlds as often as the others.
And just like in your country, there are factions within these races with differing agendas. Some work for the betterment of all and some do not. One faction may be in conflict a particular race and others of that race are not. They have disagreements and prejudices, positive qualities and not so desirable qualities just like us.
Do these different races have family members (channels) on earth and are those channels sharing information with us?
Yes, yes, yes!!! This is where a lot of the confusion comes from. For example, there are a few channels that are receiving information that Nibiru wants to take over earth and enslave humans. In that case, one must ask, “Which individual group channeling from the starship Nibiru wants to do this?” It does not mean everyone on Nibiru wants to do it. It is like saying the Ku Klux Klan represents all of the white people on earth and therefore all the whites wants to destroy the Blacks, Asians, Native Americans and every other culture and race of which the KKK does not approve. Do you see what I mean?
These channels are getting information from their individual groups aboard Nibiru. It does not mean that one group’s beliefs and agendas represent all of the population of Nibiru just like the Nazis’ views and agendas don’t represent those of the entire Aryan population of earth.
Yes, there are small groups aboard Nibiru that want to take over earth and they are mostly, but not all reptilian, but they in no way represent the majority of people on Nibiru nor Nibiru’s Prime directive for earth. There are also small groups of people here on earth that want to take over earth. I reference the James Bond movies, but does that mean that they represent all of our views?
If we can stop thinking of other planets and civilizations as all good or all bad and with only one agenda or belief system, then we will end a lot of the fear that is generated because of this all or nothing way of thinking. And let’s keep these channeled agendas in perspective. It is not that they are incorrect, it is that they represent the agendas and beliefs of a only a certain group. So if a group is saying that there is a whole planet wanting to take over earth, it is best to ask who on that planet is wanting that takeover instead of just assuming it means everyone.
What is Nibiru’s purpose?
Nibiru has many purposes. I will outline a few of them:
1. Peace keeper - Nibiru’s main overall purpose is that of a galactic peace keeper. As a peace keeper Nibiru’s duties are many. One of the most important duties is to move around the galaxy and negotiate treaties and alliances among the many evolving and advanced races. This includes negotiating peace between warring races.
2. Genetic Upgrading - Negotiating peace sometimes involves using the laboratories aboard Nibiru to create new hybrid races. These new races and the genetic upgrades involved, in some cases provided the means to end wars since many wars were started over genetics. Just like children need to learn to share so do evolving races.
In races that are ready to be introduced into the galactic community, genetic upgrading is facilitated through processes being sent to the planet. That is why there are many people who are writing books on DNA Recoding, providing various process and also facilitating workshops to provide training and support. The Beings who send the information will in most cases be GF members and also have starseed children on earth that they are attempting to assist.
This also explains why there are many different techniques being given for DNA Recoding. Each race has a particular genetic make up and recoding their DNA may require certain processes that are not needed by other races. But in all cases some things are the same. Emotional clearing is the key to DNA Recoding and that holds true for every race represented on earth.
3. The Galactic Federation’s Mission Control Planetary Ascension Programs. - Though the main operations of any planetary ascension plan are located at the GF headquarters in the Sirius star system, having an orbiting satellite office makes carrying out the many tasks involved much easier and efficient. Since Nibiru’s orbit traverses our galaxy and is a the GF’s key flag ship, it is the perfect location for organizing and carrying out ascension programs for planets and civilizations connected to the GF. Since most of the planets in our galaxy are seeded by Federation member races that may or may not be in close proximity to the planet, having a starship available to carry out critical tasks such as genetic upgrading is vital to success.
Earth’s ascension program is being coordinated through Nibiru with each starseed race having representation on and in the many councils of Nibiru. With the council’s working together to complete our ascension plan, we are in good hands and can rest assured that every measure is being taken to protect and ensure our success and eventual entry in the galactic neighborhood.
4. The Mission Control center for Starseeds and Walk-ins. - Among the many responsibilities of Nibiru is that of training, support and guidance for Walk-ins and Starseeds. For Walk-ins, Nibiru provides mission plans, and assigns support staff to watch over and protect the soul being sent to earth. For starseeds, they are given guidance on which templates are to be created to assist their home worlds in their spiritual evolution to the next step.
There is much more to this but suffice it to say that the beautiful settings with moving sidewalks, the slender Grecian-like columns and the singing, telepathic dolphins (some of which walk upright) is the setting on Nibiru where the walk-ins and starseeds are trained. Many report being in classrooms during the dream state. Though this is common among Grey and Zeta abductees and the ships are different, Nibiru also has classrooms. The difference I have come to understand is most often the setting. This is a very serene setting with music, and other worldly colors. Very peaceful. When I go there in the dream state, I don’t want to come back.
Who is in control of Nibiru?
Nibiru receives its orders from the central command of the Galactic Federation’s Greater Nibiruan Council. The Greater Nibiruan Council, as we have discussed before, was established to handle the management duties and responsibilities of the GF. This includes giving assignments to various Federation starships of which Nibiru, though the GF’s Flagship, is only one. This means that whenever Nibiru is sent on assignment to a planet or star system, it was sent there by order of the GF.
Nibiru is in essence a field office just like Deep Space Nine was a field office of the Galactic Federation in the TV show. Don’t remember exactly what they called that GF.
What role does Nibiru play in our ascension?
Nibiru remains our trigger for awakening. Once it gets close enough to us, uncloaks and shows itself, it will bring about a universal shift in consciousness. Mankind will then wake up to the fact that they are not alone in the universe and will begin to search for the reason and purpose behind this great planet/ship. It is then that the ancient knowledge suppressed by the religions and governments of earth in order to control the people, will come to light. Mankind’s true identity will be made known to them and they will have the opportunity to embrace it on a global scale.
Nibiru’s effects are already being felt. Due to its massive size, Nibiru is already affecting our weather, our planetary frequency and our sun. Once again, I am not a scientist so I cannot give you this information in those terms. I will give you what they show me.
Nibiru is affecting our sun. Because of the pressure being exerted by its mass moving closer to us, it is creating pressure on the sun. This pressure is like squeezing a tomato until it begins to rupture. These ruptures are the solar flares and emissions from the sun. The sun is changing and emitting more light. Much like going from a 75 watt bulb to a 150 watt bulb. This changes our DNA and activates the dormant codes within it to begin the transmutation of our bodies from carbon-based to crystalline-based. (see Let’s Get Real about Ascension Part I. and Part II)
Though uncomfortable, this transmutation is necessary to move into a higher dimension i.e., 5D.
Where is Nibiru now and when will it return?
Nibiru is in our solar system and headed towards earth on its routine run through our galaxy. That is why we are feeling its effects. NASA and other governmental groups know this very well. Nibiru was first spotted by our scientists back in 1987. We have been feeling its effects since 1996.
As for when it will return, I will state again that it is up to us. Nibiru is waiting on us to get our heads out of the sand, so to speak, and accept that we are not alone in the universe. When enough people have reached this level of understanding, Nibiru will uncloak and reveal itself. This could be next year, or in 2003, 2005, 2010, or 2012. We hope at the very latest that it will be by 2012. So, once again, we are in charge of when it will occur. Nibiru is there to serve us and assist in our ascension. That is why the GF is sending it to this remote little corner of the galaxy. It is time for us to move up to galactic citizenship. Nibiru is here to help us like it helps all other planets going through the same process, and will continue to do so for many millions of years to come. And who knows, perhaps one day you will be on that ship en route to the next planet ready to ascend.
Polarity Integration: the “Universal Game”
Polarity Integration means the integration of two opposites. In our universe the “game for soul evolution” is called Polarity Integration and what we are here to integrate are the two opposites, Light and Dark.
The Light can be described as love, joy, bliss and all the emotions connected with the upper chakras. The Dark can be described as fear, anger, blame, shame and all the emotions connected with the lower chakras.
The Light represents the “reward”, joy, happiness, bliss. The Dark represents the “lesson”, the challenge. Emotional/physical pain, and the emotions of fear and anger are what we must learn to value as part of the lesson.
Compassion is the goal of the game. Compassion is the integration point, the middle point of the two opposites. When the soul reaches true compassion, it feels acceptance for both sides, judging neither as inherently good or bad. Achieving compassion or integration means that a soul sees the value in both the Light and the Dark, and chooses to have both in balanced portions, as part of itself.
Each soul in this universe is playing the Polarity Integration Game in order to achieve spiritual evolution and eventual reunion with Divine Creator, the Source, All that Is.
One of the great challenges of the Polarity Integration Game is finding the value in the Dark. The Dark is the schoolhouse, and the classes are the lessons we desire to learn in order to achieve a balance of both within ourselves.
The other great challenge is our belief that we want to stay in the Light. The Light is like a vacation spot on a tropical island. It is a getaway from the stress and strain of spiritual growth. We were never meant to stay there because staying in the Light would be polarizing to that extreme.
Polarizing to either the Light or Dark stagnates spiritual growth. It also eliminates the ability to procreate since the physical form is then partially emotionally shut down. It takes a balance of both polar opposites to be able to procreate without a problem.
In order to achieve our goal, we all play roles that are Dark and roles that are Light. Otherwise, we could not integrate because we would not have the experience of these opposites.
We achieve our spiritual evolution by incarnating on different planetary schools. Planetary schools have varying degrees of free will and, thus, provide different levels of empowerment. Earth is a planetary school with total free will, thus enabling souls incarnating here to experience the full extent of their creations and choices. Planets with this degree of free will are called “Grand Experiments.” There have only been two others in our universe.
We, the people of Earth, have now reached the end of our planetary game. We must now open up our memory banks to recall the rules of the game.
We have the codes of compassion in our DNA and higher dimensional tools are being given to us to enable us to achieve compassion. Nibiru has returned to fire those dormant codes and open up our memory.
Will we achieve integration? The choice is ours, and if we do, our planet will shift upward dimensionally and the remainder of the universe will follow suit.
First Earth - Lyra (Vega Star System)
Long ago, before time as we know it began, there were the Founders of the Universe, highly evolved souls that had already completed many universal games. Being creator gods, they decided to create a universe of their own.
As the twelve came together, they were faced with the question of which “game” to choose so that the souls created in, or coming to, their new universe could spiritually evolve. And spiritual evolution is what every soul desires.
Finally, after much consideration, they chose the game known as “Polarity Integration.” This game is one of many that involves the integration of the Light and the Dark developed by Divine Creator in order to experience all that He/She is.
Now that the choice of games had been made, they knew they would need to have individuals experienced in this game to assist them in the development of the game in their new universe, individuals who would agree to become a part of it and see it through to its completion.
So the Founders put out a call to all souls in all universes that had completed at least one Polarity Integration Game. Their call was answered by ninety individuals, highly evolved souls that had just recently completed that game and were looking for another place to go in order to continue their spiritual evolution. This group of ninety was made up of forty-five Carians and forty-five Felines.
They arrived in this (our present) universe and began meeting with the Founders to set up the game. The group of ninety elected one of their own to sit on the Founder’s Council to act as a liaison between their group and the Founders. The one chosen is known to us as Devin. Devin (real name is Devaine) was the patriarch of the Feline group (family).
The Carians were given a planet in the Orion constellation as their new home while the Felines were given a planet in the Lyra constellation for theirs.
So the group of ninety divided and went to their respective planets to begin the game. The Carians would represent the Dark and the Felines would represent the Light.
In time both had evolved physical forms in which to incarnate so that they could walk upon the surface of their planetary homes. Both established pure (royal) lines within their ever-growing race. In time, both crossbred into other life forms on their planetary homes to create a new race of beings. And then, when that new race had become an established part of their respective societies, the Carian/Reptilians arrived in the Lyra constellation and colonized a neighboring planet of the Feline/Humans. In doing so, they were now ready for the first grand experiment of integration. We call it the “First Earth, Grand Experiment.”
This first grand experiment occurred on a 3D planet just like earth and it was the home of the Felines/Humans. As their technology advanced the Feline/Humans learned how to create worm holes and achieve space travel. Soon both races were traveling back and forth, visiting each other’s planet.
The two groups were now reunited again, but with many new people, their offspring, involved. Over time they began to mix with the two royal lines intermarrying to form alliances. All went well for some time.
Through the mixing of the races, new races were created and soon a caste system developed. There was the royalty, the priestly caste, the scientists, and the military. The remainder of the population made up the worker caste.
I am still not completely clear as to all that transpired to create the rift between the two royal families that brought about the First Great Galactic War, but I do know this: it was due to a lack of communication involving some details. Someone communicated with someone else regarding something but neglected to include all the details. I am told it was regarding an alliance. They were not completely clear on the details of the agreement. So feelings were hurt, leading to feelings of mistrust and then it began to steamroll with the Feline/Humans launching the first attack against their Reptilian neighbors.
Backing up a bit, before the Great Galactic War, there were some minor wars of a much smaller scale between the two Houses. This I am told, is when my father, Shimabala and Jehowahs’ father, Cobazar were killed. We were all teenagers, still wet behind the ears when our fathers died. Up until this time we were all very close to each other.
I have recalled memories of visiting Jehowah in his favorite cave and playing for hours together. These memories are filled with warm, loving feelings. Now, as we take on the mantles of leadership we are instantly pitted against each other to some degree even though the war which killed our fathers is over and my marriage to Jehowah is the part that seals the alliance that brings peace to our families. And even though another war breaks out, we do not war with each other, trying to keep our personal connections to each other out of the chaos that continues around us.
Second Earth - Pleiades
Toward the end of the First Galactic War, with the destruction of our planet, my brother Devin, myself and Jehowah fled along with a large group of people on one of our last remaining starships, Pelegai.
We eventually settled in a new cluster of stars later to be known as the Seven Sisters, the Pleiades. We lived on this ship and spent much of our time establishing a colony on the planet’s surface. We called our new home Avyon after our original home. It was a beautiful blue planet, much like our previous one, with two suns.
Life progressed and so did we. Cities were built, civilizations came and went. Eventually we left the planet to those who came with us. We became the Ancient Ones to them, the original founders of our civilization on that planet. But as usual, with time the facts became distorted so that the written history no longer reflected the actual events.
In time this planet became known throughout the cosmos and other civilizations came calling, some just curious and others with an agenda to conquer. The inhabitants of the planet had evolved to the level of space travel, a little beyond where we are today. They had evolved beyond disease and social disparity and created a unified government, but also an almost hive mentality. Everyone thought and acted as one but in their actions did not express the dark side of their natures. They only expressed their lighter side as this was the social norm.
The people had become spiritually stagnant, unable to progress due to their choice to suppress their dark side, masculine side and use their three lower chakras. As a result they, on an unconscious spiritual level called forth a race who were their polar opposite to move them out of this stuck position.
At first this race came speaking of peace but soon realized there was more to gain from taking over the planet than trying to cooperate with a race of people they could not for the life of them understand.
It took many years but in time their true agenda was revealed through the efforts of a resistance movement. Once the word was out and all attempts at negotiations failed, the humans launched the first attack to try and drive this race away from their planet. In their ongoing efforts to fight off their enemy they managed to destroy their planet. The survivors fled to many places in the galaxy and eventually established colonies on other planets.
Third Earth - Pleiades (Our current earth)
So here we are today, in another ascension process. The first two earths never made it through an ascension. I believe that many of us here on earth today were on the one or both of the previous earth experiments. And due to the wisdom we have accumulated from our experiences will successfully ascend ourselves, earth’s people and the planet.
What we lacked before was compassion and acceptance of others different from ourselves. We have learned that polarizing to the light or the dark does not allow us to feel compassion and maintain peace. Only by integrating the light and Dark within us and their corresponding manifestations in our realities we will be able to complete the Third Grand Experiment successfully with the planet in tact and all the races involved that much further along their spiritual paths.

The Felines (the Lion People)
Parent Race of the Humans
The Felines are one of the two primary races in our universe. They arrived here by invitation of the Founders. Having successfully completed their Universal Game and completing their universe, a group of 45 Felines volunteered to come to this universe to help setup and oversee the same game here.
The Felines are a bipedal race that stand 12 to 16 feet tall. Their skin is covered by a sort of soft fuzz, and though they don’t have fur, they do have manes and both the males and females have long hair.
Their eye color ranges from blue to gold and can change from blue to gold as they mature. They also turn from a golden brown color to white.
The overall Feline temperament is warm, sanguine and intellectual. As they mature they take on more of a somber, introspective and gentle nature. The elders are revered for the wisdom, compassion and insight.
As a race they are extremely close and have a great sense of fair play. The females are revered and honored in equal status with the males. And true to the feline way, they are all very curious and inquisitive.
As part of the Universal Game, the Founders gave the Felines a new planet in the Lyra Constellation for their home. The Felines named it Avyon. Now this is not the exact pronunciation, nor spelling , but it is close enough. The real name cannot be translated into English.
Avyon was a paradise planet with mountains, lakes, streams and oceans. This blue planet was very much like our present earth in form and variety of vegetation and life forms.
When the Felines arrived, they were in etheric form, and therefore, went through the stage of evolving a physical body in which to reside on the planet. After many millions of years they evolved the lion and other felines and began incarnating into those forms.
As part of the plan, a portion of the original Felines stayed in etheric form to provide guidance to those incarnating. They would be the equivalent of your modern day Christos Beings. Remember, this was a 3D planet and once the etheric felines incarnated they would fall under the veil of amnesia that is part of the workings of a 3D planet of free will.
As time passed, and through countless incarnation cycles, the Felines evolved a line of felines that walked upright and retained the consciousness of their etheric counterparts thanks to the periodic incarnations of some of the etheric Felines, and DNA from a bipedal mammal similar to the Ape, that was evolving on the planet as well.
With the DNA from the ape-like mammal the Felines were able to take on a more human-like body while retaining most of the facial features and other characteristics of the feline. It was from this crossing when it reached a certain stage that the genetic line known as the Royal Line of Avyon, or House of Avyon, came into being.
The etheric Felines would continue to take turns incarnating to provide not only DNA upgrading, but teaching and training in higher dimensional principals lest their planet bound brothers and sisters get stuck in the non-sentient animal incarnation cycle. As you can see, the Felines evolved on Avyon in much the same manner as Humans evolved here on Earth. The only difference is that the Humans did get stuck in the animal cycle. In time the conscious Felines grew large enough in number to take on the responsibilities of planetary guardians of their home world. They continued to evolve and eventually developed the technology for space travel and then warp technology. Their etheric brothers and sisters continued to act as their guides.
Many among them became geneticists (a Feline specialty) and began helping to develop life forms of various kinds for planets and stars in the universe. Some among them became great space explorers and scientists of various kinds.
It was during this stage in their development that the Felines would turn their attention to that bipedal mammal they owed so much to, and begin a program of genetic crossing and upgrading that would give them a soul and, in the process create a new species that would become known as the Humans.
After numerous crossings and genetic upgrades, the Adamic Human was made. There were two strains, the redheaded strain being the more outgoing and energetic, and the platinum blonde strain being the more gentle-natured and introspective.
After many thousands of years of continued careful crossing breeding, the Feline/Human hybrids began to be more common in the royal line of the Felines, The House of Avyon, than the purebred Felines were. Yet, this was the plan.
In time the purebred Felines would become the ancient ancestors of the Humans with only their genetic traits as a reminder of the connection between them. And though the genetic relationship between the Felines and Humans has been forgotten by modern man, the Felines remain in our consciousness as a regal creature, worthy of our respect and love.
The Felines remain the loving and supportive guardians of their genetic offspring, the Humans. They have continued in this role through time and all dimensions of the Universal Game.
Devin (Feline) is the reigning patriarch of the 9D Royal House of Avyon, and Anu (Human) is the reigning patriarch of the 5D Royal House of Avyon at this time.

The Humans
The Humans are the youngest of the four primary races in our universe. They were first created by the Felines on a planet in the Vega star system of the Lyra constellation.
The Humans are unique among the races due to their DNA coding. The Humans were given the Gene of Compassion as their inheritance from the Felines. They are heirs to the great work which is showing all other races how to achieve compassion through the opening of the heart and the high heart chakra.
The Humans were given a different creation myth than the one given to their counterparts, the Reptilians. The Human’s creation myth states that they will strive to live in harmony with any and all races occupying a planet that they wish to colonize.
It also states that they, through their living example, will show their fellow races the way to achieve compassion of the heart instead of compassion of the head (mental compassion). Therefore you will find that Felines and Humans who have open hearts will be assertive, truthful and confrontational in their communications and dealings with others.
The Humans became more predominant in the Royal Line of Avyon by the time they reached the Pleaidian star system.
Devin (Feline) is the current patriarch of the 9D Royal House of Avyon in the Lyra constellation. Anu (Human) is the current patriarch of the 5D Royal House of Avyon in the Pleaides.

The Carians (the Bird People)
Parent Race of the Reptilians
The Carians are a race of birdlike Beings. At their most evolved state, the ruling class of the Carians resemble humans with eagle-like features and coloring.
Like the original Felines, the Carians first arrived in this universe when it was being created. A group of 45 came at the request of the Founders of this universe to help assist and oversee the Universal Game.
The Founders gave the Carians a new planet in the Orion constellation for their home. It was more tropical in design and featured an abundance of humid swamps and jungles. It also had more islands than large land masses.
Like the Felines, they were etheric and, therefore, had to develop physical bodies from the life forms evolving on the planet’s surface. Of course they chose the life form that would become the bird and over a period of hundreds of thousands of years, they developed bodies of varying colors and sizes.
The Carians were known for their unique affinity towards colored plumage and so created physical bodies that reflected their creative talent in this area. That is why the Carians have much more variety of size, shape and color in their race than do the Felines. They can be 12 feet tall or only a few inches in height.
Also like the Felines, a group of the original 45 Carians remained etheric and became a council that oversaw and managed the development of their brothers and sisters who chose to incarnate on the planet as part of the upgrading of their physical forms.
When their physical vehicles had reached a certain level of development, they began genetic crossing (something they had learned from the Felines) with certain reptiles that had evolved in the swamps and warmer regions of the planet. The result of this genetic program was the creation of a new hybrid race known to us as the Draconians. They were part Carian and part reptile.
In time the Draconians became more abundant in the royal line of Aln than the purebred Carians. And like the Felines, eventually the House of Aln would be peopled more by Draconians, and their first derivative the flying serpents (Snakes), than Carians.
By the time of the First Earth, Grand Experiment, the House of Aln was headed by a winged serpent known as Cobazar. Cobazar is the father of Jehowah. See The 3 Earths, for more on this.
The Carians are known for their sharp analytical abilities and organizational skills. A predominant character trait of the Carians is their need to maintain a good appearance and image at all times. They are good team players as long as the team structure involves discipline and strictly adhered to codes of conduct.
You will find a preponderance of Carians involved in the creation and maintenance of stargates, dimensional grids and magnetic fields through out our galaxy and universe. Their inherent analytical abilities make them well-suited for this kind of work.
They are also known for their militaristic capabilities and their star ships are more advanced than any in the universe. They held the majority of the military posts during the First Earth, Grand Experiment. It was a Carian commander that ruled over the vast fleet of star ships and cruisers for the Lyran Galactic Federation, and the Royal Houses of Avyon and Aln.

The Reptilians (the Dragon, Snake, and Lizard People)
The Reptilians are the creation of the Carians, their parent race. They evolved on a planet in the Alpha Draconi star system of the Orion Constellation. The royal line of Reptilians are the Draconians, the winged dragons. The name of their royal line is the House of Aln. This is not the exact spelling, but it is close. It is more like Oln or Ahln. Still, keeping this in mind, the Council requested I spell it Aln.
The Reptiles have two other major sub races. They are known as the Winged Serpents (Snakes) and the Lizards called by some, the Lizzies.
The Reptilians are less emotional that their Human counterparts. Yet they have a highly refined knowledge of universal physics and laws. The Reptilians are responsible for the Mystery Schools on Earth and their teachings are from the ancient knowledge held by their parent race, the Carians.
The Reptilians were given a creation myth by their parent race, the Carians, that clashed with the creation myth of the Humans. The Reptilians were told that they had the right to colonize all planets and star systems in the universe and when they did, they also had the right to conquer or destroy any civilization they found there.
This creation myth has been the source of the many conflicts between the Reptiles and the Humans throughout the dimensions. Yet, it was given as part of the Universal Game (Polarity Integration). Without it everyone would have lived in peace and there would be no conflict. If this were the case, soul evolution would cease and the universe would become stagnant.
The Reptilians represent the Dark in the Polarity Integration Game while the Humans represent the Light. Through this game, of the highest order, all souls in this universe have the opportunity to spiritually evolve and rejoin the creative god source.
Jehowah is the reigning patriarch of the 9D House of Aln and Enki is the reigning patriarch of the 4D House of Aln at this time. Until recently, Marduk, Enki’s son was the current commander of the Federation Flagship Nibiru, having seized control of it from his grandfather Anu, the former commander. It is also my understanding that Enki has become the patriarch of the 5D House of Aln and also Head of the 5D Nibiruan Council representing the Dark.
