Gezocht: Het Grote ID&T en Hardcore verzamelaars Topic

Ik probeer via deze weg verzamelaars op het gebied van Thunderdome en Verdere hardcore gerelateerde verzamel items onder / tot elkander te brengen.
Vaak zijn er discussies over verzamel objecten in een topic van mensen die wat zoeken of verkopen. Kan me voorstellen dat het soms hinderlijk is, of dat iemand het vervelend vind.
Oa, gaat het vaak over een Vinyl, een Thunderdome cd, Posters en Flyers.
Een cd die wel of niet bestaat. Bijv. Thunderdome 13 the megamix.

Misschien kan ik via deze weg, met eventuele medewerking van PartyFlock een topic creëren waar lekker over deze dingen gesproken kan worden.
Als Bijvoorbeeld:


Ik weet dat er veel verzamelaars zijn op het gebied van Hardcore.
Maar er is nog geen gezamelijke topic. Waar het 1 en ander ongestoord besproken kan worden. En je mening kan uiten.
De 1 vind het kinderachtig. Voor de ander een passie.
De een heeft eindelijk die Laatste of zeldzame flyer gevonden de andere een vinyl die hij/zij al jaren zoekt.
Misschien dat dit niet werkt?
Kan ik altijd zeggen: Niet geschoten is altijd mis.
Ik doe dit dan ook, om eventueel andere topics te ontlasten, En omdat ik heb rondgevraagd en heb begrepen dat er wel animo voor is.
Iedereen is welkom, en zeg ik kom maar op met jullie dingen.

I creat this topic for collectors to debate about all kind of items Hardcore related you can collect.
Such as: cds, Vinyls, fyers, posters Etc Etc.
And to get collectors insite en outside of holland togetter in one big topic. "Sofar they don't know each other already"
To trade, buy or sell items you have in double.
And because some conversations are continue in topics of persons who like to buy or sell their items on PartyFlock, and dont like the conversations in their topic.

Very good find on the Pritchard font.Until 2010 or so only a few knew about farscape(Pritchard costed 40 euro). That is why you did not see much of Thunderdome letters apart from my website. yep thats all correct and it is fake but there is one thing i can explain:

see the tekst on the left side from the td 13 megamix it are 4 rules without space

and the td 13 spanish cds have 4 rules and space between 2 rules
and on the right side the 9902298 arcade is gonne.

My friend I have no fakes (I do have some pirate cassettes but real pirates from the 90s no Russian crap ) and I make no fakes. My collection is large enough I don't need these kind of things to pretend...

I was the first person to wanrn everybody about the fake 97 megamix some members of this forum were selling.I exposed their rip off...they fooled over 15 people for 400-500 euro each. If it was not be many would think this was "a different edition" or some other idiot thing like that.

So you should know what you say before talking shit. And point names like a good man: who told you shit about me?

Also I did not like the insinuating on Portuguese. That I know most Portuguese are honest. And worse we work more hours a week than any other people in Europe. And nobody can say I fooled anyone. I always do my share. And I have been fooled by Germans, and I know German history from the XX century very well...and I dont judge all Germans because of that!
This is the end of that discussion.

Also know another thing that prooves this is fake, until better pictures I will shut up so that is not changed.

On the disk from the td 13 megamix you see on the left side 4 rules without space

The german and dutch td 13 cds has on that side no tekst

Only the spanisch version has that and they have a space between 2 rules

It's not a question if the item is fake or not. It's a question if the seller is honest. It's still possible that the seller doesn't have a clue. It wouldn't happen the first time. For example: a lot of years ago I bought a package of cd's. There were a lot of cd-r's in it and I thought that the seller just made them at home, so I threw a part of them away. Now I know some of these cd-r's were made by DJ's to promote themselves. The package contained a cd-r from Stewart Walker. I emailed him about this and send him a picture of the cd. It was his handwriting on it and he told me there was only one copy of it which he once send to a record company (although I'm not sure if it was a record company...has been some years ago when I emailed him) and he wondered how it got in my hands.

What I'm trying to say is; maybe this seller has got the cd's from somebody else, doesn't know what she is selling and now people accuse her of selling (and even making) fake cd's.

By the way: I don't know how many times in the past I bought cheap records of people who just didn't knew what they were selling, because they weren't into housemusic. I once had a pretty good deal with a Dutch seller who liked Dutch music and hated housemusic, but bought a big pile of records which also contained house records. Most of those records were only 2 euro (and I could sell them for 30 euro's or more back then on the internet).

Maybe the seller even wonders why people want so many different pictures and maybe she get's a bit overwhelmed by all the reactions and the interest in the cd's.

Maybe so, I understand what you mean. But in this case, like I told you before, the seller is not so innocent. The auction's first description already implied the thinks this CD was "unusual". If she is so ignorant about thunderdome, how could she know?

And yes from 2 years ago until now tons of fake items for sale in all markets. Hence why these stories do not impress at all. All innocently found their 'rare' items.

Agree! In my opinion it is fake too, it's a nice fake, but it's fake.
The maker did go through a lot of trouble to make it, I mean he/she used both the Spanish and German editions to make it real, but the font of the tracklist is just not id&t style. I think they never used any special fonts on any of their cd/svinyls as a tracklisting.

This sounds quiete strange to me, as looking at the age (1996), hardcore was played only on vinyl, so it would make no sense to promote their tracks on cd to dj's. Also the tracks they pressed on CD were almost never complete. I remember DJ Yves playing at a hardcore party called Deadline (2000 or 2001) in Oostende and he came with cd's. The public was booing him and he just stopped his set.
Then again, Dark Raver was afraid to play that night because of the aggressive atmosphere back then ... It was a 90% waving your right hand crowd ... Hardcore kinda died that night.

Yes man, I also think so, its 92% a fake! But just cause of the strange looking of the tracklist, its not ID&T style! But some arguments here are also very strange for me! Ok, now as you wrote it.. I'm not 100% sure if its really were Cds, perhaps it was on vinyl, but the expression "best of" was definitely there! It was an information from a collector from Belgium, if I remember right! Now, I wrote to another collector who told me once that he saw a "best of" one, maybe I get some new informations! Some kind of "best of's" AS PREVIEW for DJs were there, also another collector told me that, but it could be that they mean on vinyl, I'm not sure yet anymore..

zoveel text over een cdtje die overduidelijk nep is.... er zijn véél thunderdome liefhebbers/verzamelaars en zolang als dat ik mee ga (gok een jaar of 7 nu?) is er nog nooit een Thunderdome XIII megamix langsgekomen, mocht deze wel bestaan dan was het al wel eerder hier bekend geweest.

Sowieso nooit een track van hun op vinyl verschenen volgens mij. Digital Manipulation is ook nooit uitgebracht verder. Die zou ik ook best wel op een zwarte plak willen hebben.

Some parts are hard to translate, because they're in Dutch (gabber) slang, like "Zagûh, Hakkûh", or "Strak staan", "Uit me dakkie" and "Wappie" (which means something like "doped(?)" (how you feel when you're on XTC or speed)).

When we visited Hardcore Overdrive 1999 in Antwerp we also went by train. Once in Antwerp there was a huge police corps searching everybody for drugs and weapons. This was at the train station. Also on the train there were police agents and finally you could only get on the bus to the sportpaleis. Once there, it was a great party.

A year later, HO2000, we arrived in Antwerp and there was no police, no busses, except maybe 7 000 gabbers who were pissed off that they still had to walk, take a tram, metro or cab for +/- 3km to get to the party. I don't know wheter you know Antwerp well but placing groups of nazis together with groups of immigrants is never a good idea. We decided to take a cab, everywhere we looked there were little fights going on, Immigrants vs. nazis. Once at the sportpaleis there was a huge queue, it took ages to get in, everybody who was allready pissed about the transport kinda cooked over.
We were pretty happy that we arrived safely inside. I don't think we were inside for 20 minutes as we suddenly pass 2 alternative guys (long black coat, half punk hair cut, more like new-wave stuff). They start laughing with some guy who was dancing and they get kicked all over by maybe 30 guys. Most of the time we spent in the stands cause the dancefloor was really fucked up, looking at someone wrong you could get hit. At a certain moment I see a black guy (16-18 years old) walk up the stairs. One of those suits just points at him and 20-30 guys jump him and throw him off the stands. Later I read that about 70% of the people there were nazis, it felt more like 99,9%.
We left the party to get the first train back. No cabs and no busses. The metro station was filled with +/- 100 immigrants searching some sort of vengeance for earlier that evening. They didn't care wheter you were nazi or not, anyone looking to come from the party was a target. We didn't have bombers back then, didn't go in aussie so we looked pretty normal and got through fine. Others (nazi or not) were not so lucky. Going on foot through Antwerp caused the same problems, everywhere there were little groups wanting to fight and no (and I mean absolutely no) police in sight.
On monday the papers were filled with Hardcore party causes riots in Antwerp ...
For me it was one of the darkest nights in what I conside my party legacy which started in 1998 and ended in 2004 (with TD15Y and TDXX as reunions). Those 6 years I visited at least 1 party a week and I haven't felt unsafe except 3 times (Deadline, HO2000 and a mindcontroller in Eindhoven).
Funny detail, Hardcore Overdrive 2001 really rocked!

Thanks for your testimonies, that really scary. And that does kill a scene, impressive how Hardcore survived that. Shows it's strong and has real fans, people who really care about the music.

I was also there that night @ Hardcore Overdrive huge fail indeed,big fights everywhere hole night long and the securty was scared and stayed at the entrance and did nothing

Actually, after HO2000 things still went downhill, I think it was a party at Hemkade 48 in Zaandam where something serious happened (a dead guy, or heavly damaged, can't remember, wasn't there either) that made everything change.
A few months later in october we went to Earthquake in "platte zaol" Maastricht. a party were literally more people were denied access then were allowed. My best friend was denied as well because he had a Belgium flag on his coat.
Any national or cultural symbol was access denied. Anybody who greeted Adolf was taken outside. There was a zero tolerance. You had to buy a member card and once you were denied access they said it lasted forever.
And any symbol really went far, no shirts with any mention of Rotterdam, Amsterdam, or whatever. A very popular londsdale polo shirt with the Dutch flag as col colors was considered a national symbol. No Christian cross (which is quite common in Belgium).
Back then we thought it was real bullshit, if I now look back at it I think it just came a few years too late, they should have started this zero tolerance at the mid-late 90's.

Same venue, 2002, a friend had the same problem but he had both a belgian AND dutch flag on his bomber. Also denied. Still wonder how one can be nationalist while wearing two different flags But yeah, at a certain moment there was a bit TOO much suspicion.
Same thing happened to a girl at the first Raving Nightmare in the Mecc, but once inside you could see guys wearing suspenders with the Confederate Flag on it. That seemed to be no problem

I dont mean only Thunderdome shirts, but other good stuff, very rare shirts from different parties, like "Alarmstufe Rot" in the "Ziegelei Groß Weeden", great Hardcore Parties in da 90s! I've loaded a pig of this longsleeves in my album, check out the line up on the back, these were hardcore commercial parties, but so cool! -- I was so young man.. damn, where is the fucking time????
