La Peste was dik. Alleen jammer dat hij zo kort stond, dan komt hij niet helemaal dicht tot zijn recht.
Tegen de tijd dat de audio storm op gang kwam moest de storm alweer gaan liggen.

Jammer dat I:gor alleen maar nieuwe troep deed, anders was dit feest als een geweldig de boeken in gegaan.
Hebben jullie als organisatie hem er nog op aan gesproken? Aangezien er wel "beloofd" was dat hij oude shit ging doen.

Neurocore was heldig, zijn stijl ligt me nog net iets beter dan die van La Peste.
La Peste wel erg toffe kerel, ff mee staan praten en dat leverde me een gratis HL shirt op, waar ik gewoon voor wilde betalen maar dat hoefde niet.

Iemand nog gevraagd of er nieuw HL werk zit aan te komen, zelf helaas niet aangedacht.
Er zijn toen in een korte tijd redelijk wat releases geweest, en er was zelfs sprake van dat HL004 van Mouse uiteindelijk alsnog zou worden uitgebracht, maar sindsdien is het alweer even stil.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Neurocore? The contact/booking form at HL's website redirects to an unrelated site. If possible I would like to contact him personally. Please private msg me his e-mail or something if you can help, thanks!

LM45 didn't get back to me yet, but I managed to contact La Peste and get his e-mail. It's looking very promising!.. but unfortunately for you the only plans I got in NL is to find me some more gigs there haha . I organize parties in Finland and I want to expose the local people to quality underground hardcore, so that's why I was looking for Neurocore.. however, what might interest y'all is that I'm also going to do an interview of Neurocore for Bass Distortion Zine soon: http://bassdistortion.wordpress.com (soon www.bassdistortion.net). Underground for me means illegal, private or free open-air parties, but I guess you mean underground sound parties? That's really prefered yeah. Elitist analogcore or hi-tech flashcore only parties are probably not for me though, cuz I'm just a poor software producer haha. Openminded hardcore/breakcore/speedcore parties are ideal I guess. Size doesn't really matter for me as long as the vibe is good . Recently I've been doing some atmospheric/psychedelic stuff too, though not enough for an entire live. Atm I'm building a new live setup, so maybe I can do some live improvisation shit sometime later. Most of my stuff now is instrumental mashup uptempo industrial hardcore, frenchcoreish/hardtekish stuff, breakcorish stuff and speedcore. Social conscious issues are often discussed in the tracks. Truth in the form of hardcore
I did one gig there in Roermond last year @ Translated Visions. I suppose something in that style is nice, but the lineup/styles can be even more fucked up

Here is a live set by Alék Szahala from Finland which you guys might enjoy. It's not exactly flashcore, but it comes very close imo. It's experimental, explosive, fast and atmospheric. Alék, or Aleksi, is more known internationally for his freeform/finrg/hard dance works, but this is the hardcore side of him. He also uses the alias Aszagarnak for this style, but for the party he was under his normal name. He has only played this style live once in Helsinki at the party "Mania" by Antenniosasto (= The Antenna Department) crew, but he might make a return this summer in another city here

Nice to hear! The next release is gonna be a 5 track EP by me. 2 tracks are collaborations with ázwb. The release is now under mastering process, so it can be expected pretty soon I think . We are also working on a second compilation, but the progress is pretty slow atm..
