Do Holland people speak English?

I would like to communicate with somebodies in Holland for some reasons.
that nice lovely girl is also in this website.
But sounds like they speak only Dutch,
i'm not sure if they also speak English like a second language?

Living in Londen right know since 3 months..
I've also studied Cambrigde at the Britische Council in amsterdam.
Finished it with a B.
I think the Dutch people can speak the most lanagues in the whole world.
At school we got to learn proper english, german, french and spanish..
That's more then any other in the world we should be proud on this!

Most people I know who are 25 or under speak English almost bilingually, and use it amongst themselves (especially, it seems, when speaking about music). I know more than one person who says some things just sound "better" or "more correct" in English than in Dutch.

I'd be surprised to meet a young dutch person who speaks no English. Most Dutch people I know speak some Spanish, German, French or similar as well.
