Developing a serious interest in electronic music as a teenager, The Watcher (Arjan van Vliet) took up dj'ing drum 'n bass at the age of 17 after hearing some LTJ Bukem mix cd's. His deep, tight and rolling sets quickly landed him his first radio and club appearances. Finishing in second place at a dj contest hosted by the infamous Utreg Massive and getting nominated for a Dutch Drum 'n Bass Award in 2007, Arjan confirmed his status as a new face in the Dutch scene to be reckoned with. Joining the ranks of renowned internet radio station Jungletrain.net as a resident dj, The Watcher now co-hosts a weekly show alongside Cerberus.
