So what do you think about Poland, polish people...
I hope its not gonna be a topic to offend each other, if you dont know nothing about Poland and its people- dont offend them and let them be...

cold???? there hasnt been raining in my region for more than a month.. and temperature hasnt been lower than 25C.. im melting!

during the summer it gets about 48-49 here..........cold to me is like 10-15........when i was in holland it was about 8 and i was bitching and whining

hehe.. i know what you mean.. i came back home after a year in greece in september last year and it was around 15 C but i was freezing but right now is really nice weather here.. around 30 C and when you are around buildings it gets very hot

Poland? A beautiful country, green landscapes, many forest, cold, but religious society

Is there anyone left in Poland? They all appear to live in Scotland!
I work in a supermarket and we have a whole aisle dedicated to Polish food. We also employ many Polish people - but they are not in skilled jobs - mostly cleaners and nightshift workers. Most of them speak very little English - which i think is wrong - If I were to live in another country I would try to learn the language and maybe embrace some of the culture.

The few that have taken the time to actually speak to any of the local workers seem nice enough though, and the women are awesome - however they all come over here with Polish boyfriends

well ofc not all of them r drinkers and addctis but unfortunately a lot of them. Especialy those who come to holland and ruin oppinion and good name of poland. That is sad to see...really sad. On one hand they work hard and they want to have an oppionion of good workers and on the other hand the ruin all with the way the behave. Ofc drinkers r everywhere all over the world.. and holland is not an "Angel" and i have seen many worse ppl here in holland. You make your oppinion based on polish who come to holland only- but hello there r many polish who dont have to come and work their ass off in holland cuz they have studies,companies and great life. That is what pisses me off...that u associate poland witch what u see by observing polish comming to holland.I dont want to make situation better cuz i personaly dont like the mentapity of polish..but i hate putting all polish ppl in one "bucket"

i dont think so but whateveri advice u to look at some historical maps and u will see that most of polish lands was stolen by other cuntries.

they work here for not much money, so the people will hire them because they are so cheap.
the dutch workers can't buy food for their children anymore if they will work for the same money as the polish.
workers with the money that they earn can hardly pay the rent already, so they can't go one cent lower in price.
so the polish should get the fuck out so that the dutch daddy can get bread for their children.
they can still work in the jobs that we don't want to do.
they can come back when the life standard in Poland because of the EU is the same as here, than they will work for the same amount of money as the dutch workers, but I think that we don't see them then.
i don't speak with them they can't speak a word english or dutch. and they like to drink they always drunken driving.

I like Polish people when they live in Poland

Nice country, nice people. Krakow is really great!

Beautyfull country more beautyfull than I expected. But the people are always grumpy ( in Warsaw).

I've met a few Polish guys this year through work (I worked with a few metalbands and some of them are from Poland: Bhemoth, Vader and Vesania amongst others) and I must say that these guys were very polite, friendly and fun to hang with. And there are a few Polish families now living here in the village. I would love to go to Poland - maybe next year.
