Yes, most of us "foreigners" do know just enough Dutch to be able to find our way around the boards. However, being able to read Dutch and being able to express yourself in Dutch are two different things. Before this, we had two choices:

1. Speak English in Dutch threads, drawing more attention to our language choices than to what we want to say, or
2. Speak our broken Dutch, causing misunderstandings and ridicule.

This board allows us to talk with others here who can speak English, and without causing problems on other boards. We just want to party, have fun, and enjoy the music too.

The way i look at that there was indeed a shot fired from the Grassy Knoll.
