Is sausage really made out of snouts and tails? Is George Bush really that stupid? What do you think? What the fuck is this existance thing all about?

i was watching the movie "solaris" (original by tarkovsky) last night as i read this. fitting to the subject and a great movie. the one with george clooney sucks in comparison.

Our main purpose is to reproduce, life is survival of the species.

It has to be more than this! I have had same thoughts but the universe would not stop if we all died , the human race is not as important as we lead ourselves to believe ,not all animals are here for us to eat if they were they would all taste better

It's not only about the human race. All the species main purpose is to reproduce and try to survive ( even the microscopic germs ), if all living things died, then life is over.

If all the species died the universe would still be here and so would everything else .

I guess we will never understand it, perhaps when we die
