I am looking for a word in English

Ok, I'm looking for the English word for a piece of metal, it's used a lot for floors, doors, decoration, and to pimp cars.
The Dutch word for it is: "Traanplaat", and translated to English that will be: "Tearplate", but Google, doesn't find any of that!

You can buy it with 1 to 5 stripes.

I need an image like this for a project, but with the Dutch word, I only find 3 bad quality pictures!

The English word is "tread plate" ...if you look in Google images for this, you'll get a lot of pics...
