As far as my personal hobbies go... I read quite a lot, ranging from philosophy (Friedrich Nietzsche, Arthur Schopenhauer, Houston Stewart Chamberlain) to Germanic history (specialised in the Third Reich, however also picking up more and more interest in the Second Reich). Novelist favourites are Buchheim ("Das Boot"), Kirst ("08/15" trilogy), Easton-Ellis (American Psycho), et al. Music is my passion and my life-elixir... I couldn't possibly live without it. Musical interests range from classical compositions (Beethoven, Wagner, Mozart) to heavy industrial noise (Converter, Imminent) back through neo-classical industrial (Wappenbund, Arditi) to hardcore (Promo, Neophyte, Mindustries, etc.). Also, being a Rotterdam-based, I have the tendency to love Heineken beer quite a lot, and hanging out with friends ofcourse. Computers interest me also - design, music making, etc.

She just got started playing piano -- she's barely past "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" . But Moonlight Sonata is definitely in her future. It's one of my favorite pieces of piano music.
