- authentic windmills...
- oil boils (there's no real english word for it but for all the dutchies around here just translate...)
- less rain and more sunshine (just check the stats)
- easy travelling to the rest of Europe
- nobody understands you while you're abroad and speakin your native language ...
- we do drive on the (W)RIGHT side of the road
- we don't mess up our french fries with vinigar (We use mayonaise and (curry)ketchup instead).
- we do know what a decent breakfast is...
- already mentioned before: the dope policy which results in less addicted people, less convictions etc. etc.

and if I would have all day I probably would come up with even more answers.

I've brought them to the U.S. a couple of times and ppl liked them very much

you pour a BIG spoon of batter (not unlike batter for pancakes, but sometimes with currants or other fruity bits) in boling oil and fry the outside crispy golden brown

serve warm or cold with powdered sugar
