Ik doe het altijd in een paar slokken cassis of iets anders. Bijvoorbeeld in een bekertje/flesje waar nog een heel klein laagje inzit,dan doe je er wel wat langer over,maar dan is het toch niet zo vies

door een laatste slokje bier, doe ik altijd en dat werkt echt goed. bier is namelijk ook bitter

inderdaad sterk vergelijkbaar met pure mdma. echter zorgt explosion voor een lange, stabiele piek waarin het "lekker"-gevoel overheerst en je verder compleet helder bent. verder geen wausheid aan de orde, en al helemaal niet zichtbaar. je behoudt volledige controle over jezelf, behalve een toename van knuffeligheid. zintuigelijke waarneming wordt op een prettig niveau versterkt, dat wil zeggen, een peuk wordt als "wouw, lekker peukje hoor!" ervaren en muziek is nóg leuker en opzwepender dan normaal. een normaal gesprek blijven voeren gaat prima omdat je zo helder blijft. pure gevoelsdrugs dus.

Tijdens de werking genoeg frisdrank of water drinken. Er kan kaakspanning optreden.

slapen na gebruik lukt erg moeizaam, (...) je slaapt heel licht en redelijk kort

Ik kon de volgende dag zonder problemen eten, wel iets minder dan normaal maar verder geen problemen daarmee

Dit zijn de moleculen van de twee stoffen... zoals je kan zien is het enige verschil tussen MDMA en Explosion dat die twee witte waterstofatomen zijn vervangen door een rood zuurstofatoom

The Methylone that is prescribed is a corticosteroid prescribed for asthma, it is not the drug methylone, it is merely a brand name. The drug Methylone available by prescription is Methylprednisolone Acetate.

Methylprednisolone acetate is a type of medicine known as a corticosteroid. Corticosteroids are hormones produced naturally by the adrenal glands which have many important functions, including control of inflammatory responses.

Methylprednisolone acetate is a synthetic corticosteroid and is used to decrease inflammation. It is given by injection where oral corticosteroid therapy is not possible, and works by acting within cells to prevent the release of certain chemicals that are important in the immune system. These chemicals are normally involved in producing immune and allergic responses, resulting in inflammation. By decreasing the release of these chemicals in a particular area, inflammation is reduced. This can help control a wide number of disease states, characterised by excessive inflammation. They include severe allergic reactions, inflammation of the lungs in asthma and inflammation of the joints in arthritis.

Methylprednisolone acetate is also given by injection directly into a joint or the tissue around a joint, to relieve inflammation and pain and increase mobility of the affected joint, in conditions such as arthritis. It is also injected directly into diseased skin tissue such as red, scaly skin patches in lupus erythematosus.

Methylprednisolone acetate is used in much higher doses than the levels of corticosteroids produced naturally by the body, and as such, the usual actions of corticosteroids become exaggerated and can be observed as side effects of this medicine.

What is it used for?

- Aspiration of the contents of the stomach
- In conjunction with other medicines in treating tuberculosis
- Inflammatory disorders e.g. asthma, arthritis, severe allergic reactions, Crohn's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus
- Joint injection in inflammatory disease of the joints (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis)
- Joint injection in osteoarthritis with associated inflammation
- Patches of baldness on the scalp, eyebrows and bearded portion of the face (alopecia areata)
- Raised and enlarging scars (keloids)
- Skin injection (intralesional injection) in e.g. long term itchy, thickened patches of skin (lichen planus)
- Soft tissue injection in e.g. inflammation of a tendon (tendonitis)

Warning!

- If you are taking a corticosteroid for longer than three weeks you will usually be given a steroid card with your medicine. The card contains details of your prescriber, type of steroid, dose taken and the duration of treatment. It's purpose is to act as reminder that your medicine should not be stopped suddenly, and to provide information of your treatment in case of an accident. You should carry it with you at all times and show it to anyone who treats you (eg doctor, nurse, pharmacist, dentist).

- If you have never had chickenpox you should avoid close personal contact with people who have chickenpox or shingles (herpes zoster). If you are exposed you should your doctor urgently, as these diseases can be life-threatening in people who are taking long-term steroids and whose immune system is suppressed.

- You should not stop taking this medicine suddenly, particularly if you have been taking it for longer than 3 weeks. This is because long-term use of the medicine suppresses the natural production of corticosteroids by the adrenal glands. This means that the body becomes temporarily reliant on the medicine. When it is time to stop treatment the dose should be tapered down gradually, to allow the adrenal glands to start producing adequate amounts of natural steroids again. Follow the instructions given by your doctor or pharmacist.

- This medicine may increase your susceptibility to infections and also mask the symptoms of these infections. Consult your doctor if you get an infection during treatment.

- Although oral and injected corticosteroids are banned by the international olympic committee, injections of corticosteroids into joints are not.

- Following joint injection, the occurrence of a distinct increase in pain accompanied by swelling, further restriction of joint movement, fever and malaise are suggestive of an infected arthritis. Antimicrobial treatment should be given to treat this complication.

- This medicine may reduce the secretion of steroid hormones in the body normally responsible for fluid and salt balance. A replacement steroid (mineralocorticoid) and/or salt should be taken with this medicine.

Use with caution in

- Abnormal muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis)
- Abscess or other infections producing pus
- Adolescents
- Children
- Decreased kidney function
- Diabetes
- Elderly people
- Epilepsy
- Family history of diabetes
- Family history of glaucoma
- Glaucoma
- Heart failure
- Herpes simplex virus infection of the eye
- High blood pressure (hypertension)
- History of drug allergy
- History of or current mental disorder
- History of steroid induced mental disturbances
- Hypothyroidism
- Inflammation of a vein associated with blood clot formation (thrombophlebitis)
- Inflammation of small sac-like structures which sometimes form in the walls of the intestine (diverticulitis)
- Inflammation of the bowel and back passage (ulcerative colitis)
- Liver cirrhosis
- Liver failure
- Osteoporosis
- Peptic ulcer
- Post-menopausal women
- Previous muscle disease (myopathy) caused by steroids
- Recent surgical procedure involving the joining together of ends of the intestine after a section has been removed (intestinal anastomosis)
- Schizophrenia
- Tuberculosis

Not to be used in

- Infection throughout the body (systemic infection) unless treated with specific anti-infectives
- Injection into a vein (intravenous injection)
- Injection into the achilles tendon
- Injection into the spinal cord (intrathecal injection)
- Injection into unstable joints

This medicine should not be used if you are allergic to one or any of its ingredients. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have previously experienced such an allergy.

If you feel you have experienced an allergic reaction, stop using this medicine and inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Certain medicines should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, other medicines may be safely used in pregnancy or breastfeeding providing the benefits to the mother outweigh the risks to the unborn baby. Always inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, before using any medicine.

- This medicine should be used with caution during pregnancy, and only if the expected benefit to the mother is greater than any possible risk to the foetus. Seek medical advice from your doctor.

- This medicine passes into breast milk. Discuss its use during breastfeeding with your doctor.

Side effects

Medicines and their possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways. The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with this medicine. - Changes in mood
- Increased pressure inside the eye (glaucoma)
- Weight gain
- Decreased functioning of the adrenal gland (adrenal suppression)

- Increased susceptibility to infections
- Acne
- An extreme allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)
- Increased risk of fractures of the bones

How can this medicine affect other medicines?

The following medicines may increase the effects of corticosteroids:-
- antifungals e.g. itraconazole and ketoconazole
- oral contraceptives
- antibiotics e.g. erythromycin

The following medicines may increase the removal of corticosteroids from the body, thus reducing their effects:-
- antiepileptics e.g. carbamazepine and phenytoin
- barbituates e.g. phenobarbitone
- rifampicin
- aminoglutethimide

When taken with carbenoxolone, amphotericin or diuretics e.g. frusemide, there is an increased risk of low blood potassium levels (hypokalaemia).

When taken with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) e.g. indomethacin, there is an increased risk of adverse effects on the gut, such as stomach ulceration and bleeding.

The blood levels of salicylates e.g. aspirin, are decreased by corticosteroids and therefore may increase to excessive levels once the corticosteroid is stopped.

Corticosteroids may oppose the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure as they may cause retention of salt and water.

As corticosteroids may increase blood sugar, they can oppose the blood sugar lowering effects of antidiabetic medicines.

Live vaccines should not be administered to people taking corticosteroids, as their normal immune response is reduced and giving a live vaccine may therefore result in infection rather than the production of antibodies.

When taken with ciclosporin (cyclosporin) the blood level of either medicine may be increased.

This medicine may reverse the action of medicines used in surgery to relax the muscles (neuromuscular blockers).

However, What I REALLY wanted to mention is that I did methylone at 190mg once a week for 4 weeks in a row. What I found is that I developed tolerance. I did not feel so open and willing to fully share my thoughts and feelings, and my inhibitions started creeping into the methylone experience, where before I had absolutely no inhibitions while on methylone. What is most disturbing is that I experienced something very curious that I recognized quickly... 2-3 days after a methylone experience I began to crave other drugs - mainly alcohol or benzos. I didn't feel depressed, I just felt a push to seek other pleasurable states. This felt exactly like the beginning of any psychological addiction. I now believe that methylone MAY BE psychologically ADDICTIVE and definitely I developed tolerance when I didn't space out my doses over several weeks, or even months.

A few months ago, I took a 2 week break from the substance and then tried it again just to test if every 2 weeks would be okay for me and let me retain the 'magic'. I experienced the same kind of tolerance and quite severe cravings for several days to re-enter the 'original, altered methylone state'. I have not tried it again since, nor do I intend to for many months, or even years. Not only has it 'lost its magic', but I feel like methylone can induce cravings as well, even if only used once a week. This has never happened with other psychedelics for me, like mescaline, shrooms, 2C*, etc. So be careful and be aware that this may be addictive. I believe there is a reason so many people try to boost when the 'good vibes' come on -- reading the other reports here, I see it all over. I can see why -- I found the neurological reinforcement that wants more of a good thing is present in methylone.
