The Discovery



In 1976 the Viking I & II orbiters and landers reached Mars. Thousands of photographs were taken of the red planet and transmitted to Earth. During one of the press conferences where the photographs were presented to the public, a NASA employee jokingly said that one of the mesas photographed resembled a human face. This was just a trick of light and shadow, he said, as a photo of the same area taken at a later hour did not show anything unusual. And that was that, for the time being.



Vince DiPietro and Greg Molenaar did not forget about this incident. They found the original frame with the face and cleaned it up with various computer imaging techniques including one they developed specifically for these images (called Starburst Pixel Interleaving Technique SPIT !), and made another discovery. This was a huge five sided pyramid several miles to the South-West of the face. This pyramid is now known as the D & M Pyramid. In 1983, Richard Hoagland, a former science adviser to Walter Cronkite, read a paper written by DiPietro and Molenaar on the Face and D & M Pyramid. The saga had begun!



Intelligent Origin



Richard Hoagland and The Mars Mission found a number of structures that did not match the terrain in the area. Geologists said it was highly improbable that these structures would have been formed through wind/water erosion over the millenia. After discovering that the geographical location of the structures and their geometrical layout actually formed a "message" -- the angles between the buildings, Face, D & M Pyramid and other structures redundantly pointing out mathematical constants and ratios such as pi [3.14] and e [2.72] and specific angles such as 19.5 degrees -- the extreme significance of Cydonia cannot be ignored.



When SETI (the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) was first proposed, the first contact was expected to be made by receiving a radio signal which encoded a message using universal mathematical constants which can be easily understood by any intelligence notwithstanding the different languages. At Cydonia we have a group of highly anomalous structures on a neighbouring planet that is not only encoding a number of universal constants in the very way it was built, but when translated, these constants/ratios/angles, are actually giving us what now seems to be a New Physics! This cannot be anything but proof that the message of Cydonia is of intelligent, extra-terrestrial origin and not "a trick of light and shadow" as NASA is so fond of saying.



The Structures


Note the extraordinary detail, including 'teeth' in the mouth and horizontal stripes on the 'head-dress' framing the face! This monument is some 2.5 km long, 2 km wide and 400 metres high!

A group of large pyramids to the West of the Face. Note the five columns/mounds in the exact centre of the city. Someone standing at this point and looking eastwards would have seen the sun rising over the Face during the summer solstice, showing that the buildings were built with specific celestial alignments in mind, once again confirming their artificiality.

One of the most unusual structures in the whole complex is a three walled enclosure which due to its shape, has been nicknamed "The Fort". Is it the foundation of a pyramid that was never completed or a collapsed pyramid?

The D & M Pyramid is an enormous five-sided structure. Note the buttresses at each corner, the two damaged sides on the right, and the "bottomless" crater.

To the east of the Face there is a 3 km long cliff. Further east is a large crater with a three-sided pyramid (or tetrahedron) on the edge. Both structures are thought to be artificial. If they had been there before the meteor impacted to form the crater, they would have been damaged. Therefore, the objects were built after the crater was formed!

A few miles to the south of the cliff, a hill or mound known as the "Tholus" forms part of the Cydonia complex. What is so unusual about the Tholus is that it has a spiral ramp circling it like a path to the top. If a vertical line is drawn along the cliff to the top of the Tholus, and another line drawn from the top of the Tholus to the pyramid on the crater's edge, the angle thus formed is 19.5 degrees, an angle found repeatedly throughout the complex.

There are other anomalies on Mars besides the structures at Cydonia. One of them, located in the Utopia region half way round the planet from Cydonia, is featured here and is known as the "Runway" and "Bow-tie". Is the "Runway" some form of magnetic accelerator?

Finding the message



The NASA Viking spacecraft photographed Cydonia in 1976. A major breakthrough in the investigation of the Cydonia artefacts occurred in 1988 when Erol Torun, a cartographer and systems analyst at DMA (Defense Mapping Agency), joined the Mars Mission team.



Torun became interested in Cydonia after reading Richard Hoagland's book, The Monuments of Mars, as he comments in a letter to the Mars Mission :

"As a geographer, I found your book to be a fascinating description of an equally fascinating subject. While I was impressed with most of the images presented and your description of them, the object that especially caught my attention was the D & M Pyramid. I have a good background in geomorphology and know of no mechanism to explain its formation...

...[Therefore], I decided to study more closely the geometry of the D & M Pyramid because of its impressive symmetry (and its alignment with the Face.) I was not prepared for what I found. The geometry of this object so surprised me that I quickly wrote a semi-formal paper so that I could send my results to you and the Mars Project as soon as possible. I feel that these results argue strongly in favor of Design as the mechanism for the D & M Pyramid's origin..."



Decoding the message



Torun found "coded" in the internal apex angles of the five-sided structure, known as the D & M Pyramid, a series of highly specific, highly redundant mathematical constants and expressions. Further, he discovered these relationships expressed in at least three ways: in the angle ratios of the D & M internal angles (e.g. 60 degrees divided by 69.4 degrees = e/pi = 0.865); in the trigonometric functions of those same angles (sin 60 degrees = e/pi = 0.865); and in the radian measure expressed by a single base angle in the object (49.6 degrees = e/pi radians).

The D & M Pyramid's internal measurements had now become the "Rosetta Stone" of Cydonia, as Richard Hoagland discovered that most of these angles were constantly repeated throughout the whole Cydonia complex : the Face, City, Tholus, Cliff and D & M Pyramid all formed part of a complex design which incorporated a number of significant and redundant figures and angles!

Understanding the message



Whoever built Cydonia was trying to tell us something, that much is obvious. Maths is a universal language and constants such as e or pi can be understood by anyone with a basic knowledge of maths notwithstanding what language one talks in.

To cut a long story short (those interested in the details can read the latest edition of "The Monuments of Mars" by Richard C. Hoagland) the basic message of Cydonia is as follows :



Place an imaginary tetrahedron [a pyramid with four surfaces, each of which are equilateral triangles] inside a sphere [e.g. a planet] with one vertex touching the North or South pole and the other 3 vertices will rest at 19.5 degrees North or South latitude at 120 degree intervals around the sphere. Now rotate this sphere at a high rate of speed and something strange occurs. You get an upwelling of energy from within the sphere seemingly coming from nowhere that produces different [visual] effects depending on what your sphere is made up of. For example, if your sphere is made up of magma (molten rock) and a thin surface crust of solid rock, you get a volcanic upwelling at roughly 19.5 degrees N or S latitude.

Where is this energy coming from ?

Hoagland thinks that this energy is "stored" in a higher dimension than ours (mathematicians currently accept that there may be as much as 27 other higher dimensions) and that this energy "cascades" down and emerges into our dimension at the 19.5 degree latitude on rotating, spherical, liquid bodies - planets!




The Future ?



What does all this mean? What practical uses does this new physics have?

If we can somehow tap into this hyperdimensional energy we would have a new unlimited, infinite, non-polluting, free source of energy.
No fossil or nuclear fuels
No country would need to depend on another country to supply its oil
No control over the price of oil and energy : hyperdimensional energy is free
No power stations
No petrol (gas) stations
No electricity grid
No pollution
Accessible to everyone around the world
Unlimited possibilities : think of everything that works with electricity and imagine what it would be like if you don't have to worry about the bill at the end of each month!
Spaceflight : what spaceships would we build if we had access to hyperdimensional energy? Maybe someone has already built them before us - UFOs ....?
These factors may be the reason why no-one wants to listen to Hoagland - imagine what would happen to Saudi Arabia and the other OPEC countries when they find that their "black gold" has been turned into "black useless muck" overnight; imagine the loss of government income and control that would result if every single household had the ability to generate electricity without being connected to the national grid

Our solar system is largely unexplored, with only a small number of probes having been sent out to the major planets and moons. Not all of these probes have functioned as advertised and some have even been "lost" in mysterious circumstances! However, some of them have returned very useful information on the planets like the Viking 1 & 2 Mars spacecraft who have had the honour of being the first to photograph Extra-Terrestrial Structures on our neighbouring planet.

From these and other photographs, it now is apparent to several researchers that there seems to be a link that connects every single object in our universe including our Earth, the Sun, and the other planets to a source of energy in a higher dimension. This discovery was the result of decoding a message, an ancient message, left to us by another civilization in the geometrical layout of the structures which they built at Cydonia, Mars!

Below are the planetary anomalies discovered so far that confirm the Cydonia hypothesis. If energy cascades down from a higher dimension (up to 27 have been mathematically proven) as a result of a rotating, spherical, liquid body (a planet), this energy enters our dimension at circa 19.5 degrees N or S latitude in the form of volcanic upwellings (as on Earth and Mars) and atmospheric phenomena (Jupiter, Neptune). This has been called Tetrahedral Hyperdimensional Physics by some researchers. It may be the same type of energy described by others as "free energy" or "zero-point energy"



Venus



Alpha & Beta Regio, two active volcanoes on Venus are at 19.5 degrees



Earth



The Hawaiian islands on Earth are located at roughly 19.6 degrees North latitude. This is also the location of MaunaKea one of the most active volcanoes on Earth



Luna (Earth's moon)



Tsiolkovskii is a unique farside "mare-like" lava extrusion at 19.6 degrees South.



Mars



Olympus Mons, the solar system's largest volcano with a height of 28 kms is 3 times the size of Mount Everest, and just happens to be located at 19.3 degrees North latitude



Jupiter



The Great Red Spot of Jupiter is located at ~19.5 degrees South latitude. In January 1996, the spacecraft Galileo successfully launched a probe into Jupiter's atmosphere and found that the atmosphere was different from what had been previously thought. It also found that winds were much stronger and could only be attributed to some heat being generated deep within the planet. This heat is probably caused by a vorticular upwelling of tetrahedral energy, which in turn causes the Great Red Spot



Saturn



The spacecraft Voyager took some very interesting time-lapse images of Saturn's North Pole, showing a hexagonal pattern of clouds. This may be the second "signature pattern" for tetrahedral hyperdimensional energy. Neptune



Neptune's Great Dark Spot was found at roughly 19.5 degrees South latitude by the Hubble Space Telescope. This discovery was predicted months previously by Richard Hoagland just by following the "Cydonia Hypothesis"



These are a few of the anomalies. There are others - for example, the peak latitude of the 11-year sunspot cycle, and the peak latitude of solar temperature emission corresponding to that cyclic sunspot maximum, occurs at roughly 19.5 degrees North and South! And guess where the massive solar flare erupted on mid-April, 1997 ... ~ 20 degrees S as can be seen from this picture.

Extremely active volcanoes on Io are arrayed on two "rings of fire" each circling the moon at 19.5 degrees North & South, They are so active that they are literally turning the planet inside out.

..... and more anomalies are out there, just waiting to be discovered when we send spacecraft to photograph Pluto and Charon from close range.

If we can somehow tap into this energy source, we wouldn't need fossil fuels anymore. We would have unlimited energy available for every person on this planet without pollution. And we may already have discovered ways of harnessing this energy : the so-called "cold fusion" demonstrated in 1989 by Pons & Fleischmann, and the Patterson Power Cell first demonstrated in January 1996 and presented nationwide on ABC's Good Morning America show of the 11 June 1997, may not be cold fusion at all but may be drawing on hyperdimensional energy to produce 1300 W from an input of 1.4 W !

Martian Trees and Shrubs

Recently released photos, seen at right, taken by MGS look quite like aerial photos of an Earth desert dotted with shrub growth. But these sand dunes are in the southern hemisphere of Mars. A Hungarian research team, which has been analyzing the photos (and other photos of the same area over time), has concluded that the black dots are indeed living organisms.


"Each spring," writes David Leonard in an article for Space.com, "[the Hungarians] report, 'gray fuzzy spots' appear in the bottom of the ice cover. By the middle of the first half of spring, these spots become darker, are bounded, and grow in size. By early summer defrosting, the naked dark soil of the dune is visible, and surrounded by a lighter ring. Year by year, the dark dune spots 'renew' on the same place with almost the same configuration, or 'constellation' of patches. This repeat action, the team asserts, strengthens their suggestion of fixed, biological causes of spot formation."


The Hungarian scientists conclude that this strongly suggests the life cycle of some kind of plant life.

NASA and its associated research teams don't agree with this conclusion. Their theory is that the dark spots are "the result of springtime defrosting process on Mars, not signs of biology." A somewhat less dismissive opinion from Bruce Jakosky, a Mars researcher at the University of Colorado in Boulder, states that the conclusion for Martian biology is "premature... when other, simpler processes have not been ruled out."

Another controversial photo, shown at right, reveals much larger forms that look like spreading trees as seen from above. No less a personage than respected author Arthur C. Clarke opined that they resemble Earth's Banyan trees. He too noted that these forms appear to change with the seasons, growing with the warmth and increased sunlight of Mars's spring season, just as vegetation would. But NASA has likewise explained these shapes as some kind of freezing/defrosting phenomenon or a part of the "bizarre geology" of Mars.


Both theories are just that, however - theories. NASA doesn't know any better than the Hungarians what these changing forms on the Martian surface really are. The only way to find out for certain is to direct one of our upcoming Martian rovers to the area and photograph them. It seems it would certainly be worth the effort to find out conclusively.

And while they're at it, perhaps they could send another probe to examine some perplexing Martian features that look as though they were built by intelligent creatures.

Ruins of an Ancient Martian Civilization?

The idea that Mars was once the home of an ancient civilization is, of course, far more controversial than the contention that there are trees growing there. NASA and most mainstream scientists won't even consider the notion with any degree of seriousness.

Yet there are many very interesting photos that show structures that do not look natural and have led some open-minded researchers to raise the possibility that they might be artificial - that is, created by intelligent beings.

One of the most fascinating images, pictured at right, shows a ribbed tube or tunnel-like structure. Partially covered by the surface terrain, the structure looks as through it has been unearthed (unmarsed?) by some geologic process. The structure resembles the so-called "glass worms" discovered in other photos, although this one lacks the "transparent" or "translucent" quality of the worms.


The official NASA stance on these structures is that they are quite natural and are, in fact, "dune trains" - rows of sand dunes. The article "Is This an Artificial Construct on Mars" compares this photo with another photo of actual Martian dune trains. They don't look anything alike. While the photo of "actual" dunes indeed look like sand dunes, this enigmatic structure does not.

One of the most intriguing photos to recently come to light is the so-called "port," (see photo at right) which has been examined in some detail at Mars Unearthed.


This highly geometric structure, appearing on a Martian cliffside, looks like an artificially constructed two-story building of some unknown purpose. In the opinion of the article, "the first floor walls of [the port] are facing camera and in shadow. The second floor is a well-defined square and is turned at a precise 45-degree angle to the first floor. Centered in the midst of the roof of that squared second floor is an abrupt, sharp circle... a 'landing pad' as for helicopters atop tall buildings and on decks of ships."

Near this structure, the article continues, is a large, open, U-shaped culvert or conduit out of which is flowing a great deal of liquid.

Still another anomaly examined by Mars Unearthed is "The Tower," which seems to show a tall tower or stack with a white tip casting a long shadow. If it is indeed a tower of some kind, it stands at an incredible 6.3 kilometers high - 12 times taller than the largest skyscraper on Earth.

Could these "structures" be optical illusions of natural geological formations? Of course. But to dismiss them outright as not possibly being artificial in origin is just as unscientific as declaring that they absolutely are created by intelligent beings. The suggestion that they are artificial is such a large claim, however, that these images should be examined carefully and with skepticism - but with an open mind. These images of seemingly artificial structures could dissolve into natural formations with more detailed, higher resolution photographs - just as, by most examinations, the so-called "Face on Mars" has resolved into a large mesa.

More missions are planned by NASA to photograph and explore the surface of Mars, but it may not be until a manned mission is sent to the Red Planet that some of Mars's most fascinating puzzles are finally and conclusively solved.

Description:
An enormous enigmatic inverted "V" etched upon the Martian topography. However this object when rotated is quite clearly an enormous monolith with a more diffuse shadow trailing off from its base and .. .*STEAM* coming from its top surface forming clouds trailing down wind!

The inverted "V" is confusing when viewed as orientated in the original image. However, when rotated to orient the primary feature of the "V" to a vertical position (see inset in image above) , this "V" is more clearly an enormous monolith --- a great TOWER casting a long shadow over the Martian topography. In the inset this "Tower's" shadow is cast from the base of the tower backwards to about the "10 O'clock" position. The Tower's shadow joins the tower itself at its base, where the tower rests on the topography, as it should. The Tower's shadow is quite clearly diffuse whereas the Tower itself has much more sharp boundary lines. The Tower's edges having a slight reflective quality to them, most evident where the tower and shadow meet..

"The Tower's scale as seen from above, its horizontal presentation of its vertical scale due to the angle of the image, is an astonishing 6.3 Kilometers! The object itself is obviously considerably larger than this because we only see that portion of its which is inclined to the camera due to the angle of the image; the estimated height is only the horizontal translation of its vertical scale due to a 3 degree angle of inclination of the Mars Orbital Camera diverted from a straight down shot.

Even at the conservative 6.3 Kilometers this object dwarfs the Empire State Building <381 meters> by more than 16 times and the Taipei Financial Center <508 meters>, the tallest building in the world, by more than 12 times!!!!

Perhaps even more stunning than the shadow itself are the clouds trailing down wind from the "Tower". On closer inspection you will note that the tower has slight whitish lines emanating from the white mark at the Tower's top and expanding in the direction of the clouds. These clouds are from "exhaust" coming from what is essentially a "smoke stack". The cooling of this exhaust in the cold Martian air leads to the exhaust able to hold less moisture. The exhaust becomes saturated as it cools and the moisture condenses out on dust particles which form these clouds. The most proximal cloud to the "Tower" demonstrates more well defined and curved leeward <down wind> edge do the the pressure of the movement in that direction. The cloud more distant from the Tower/Stack, seen near the edge of this image, shows more diffuse boundaries as wind has cause the cloud to dissipate and break up. Both of these clouds show slight undershadowing, as is common..

The Tower is in fact a "smoke stack" and is giving off *STEAM*!!

MARS not only was inhabited "at one time" but is inhabited *NOW* and this Tower was FUNCTIONING as our Mars Orbital Satellite passed over head!!!!!

IF you spend the time to examine this whole image at MO3-00946 , as you should, you may discern an apparent discrepancy in the lighting of the topography. Specifically, the shadow given off by the Tower appears to conflict with apparent lighting of the talus cones seen in a horizontal line along the lower edge of the image. In actuality there is no shadow discrepancy: the sun is at such a height that its light is able to reflect on the broad slopes of the talus cones and "refract" back at the camera *as if* these talus cones were being lit from a southerly direction. "LAGOON"
Introduction

After my discovery of "The Tower" and it clearly being a non-natural exhaust or emission "stack", I searched the local imagery for further evidence to give the area and Tower anomaly some definition. In narrow-angle image M03-7455 I discovered not only structural detail for the Ridge that indicates it is artifical but also, to my amazement, a clearly evident fluid, flowing body of "water" contained by the ridge itself!!! This fluid body I refer to as the "Lagoon". The ridge structures serve as a BERM to contain this fluid filled lagoon area. The Lagoon shows numerous characterisics of being a fluid body, outlined below. Also there are indications that the fluids in the lagoon are a sort of resevoir for "processes" contained within the ridge itself, resulting in the humid emissions coming from "The Tower" stack. The Ridge may indeed be HOLLOW!

The southern boundary of this image begins the rise of the topography from beneath the lagoon "water" to surface level and continues to rise forming the Ridge section "B." Water Body Characteristics

The Lagoon area as defined by image MO3-07455 shows the following characteristics which indicatet to be a fluid body of "water":

Tansparency: The Lagoon fluid body exhibits a transparency that diminishes with the depth of the fluid. Objects within the fluid lose definition of their shape as the objects depth increases.


1) Jagged Rocks on Lagoon shore Disappear and lose definition with depth. 2) Linear objects appear displaced by wave refration.

Object lines distorted: Wave form dynamics refract objects beneath the surface and distort the object's lines. This fluid wave forms are diferent than sand dunes because the object is destorted by its image in the water being refracted by the wave's presence overhead, wheras sand dunes themselves are distorted by the object's presence.

Object Definition: Objects within the fluid body lose definition and clarity while attaining a more uniform luminescence or lighting as a result of the fluid body refracting light waves and making a more uniform coloration. Similarly objects above the fluid body have sharper detail, higher object definition and and exhibit more varied luminance and coloration.



3) Jagged rock is sharp and defined above surface and has diffuse lines subsurface.



Wave Forms Distorted by Shallow Subsurface Objects: Waves on the surface of fluid bodies are affected by shallow sub-surface objects. The presence of these shallow objects affects the wave dynamics and slows the wave over shallow objects.Typically Earth water waves rotate fluid particles within the fluid body in a circular pattern to a depth of 3x the wavelength; this subsurface particle rotation effect diminishes with depth, becoming essentiall zero at a depth approximately 3x the wavelength. If the particle rotation is inhibited by the presence of a body beneath the wave, the wave dynamics are inhibited and the object is slowed over the object. This local slowing of the fluid wave gives the wave a curved appearance when compared to portions of the same wave not slowed by the presence of shallow objects underneath.


4) Waves slowed over shallow subsurface objects curving the overall wave shape.



Fluid Calm On Leeward Side of Objects: Waves are deminished on the leeward <down wind> side of protruding objects and shallow subsurface objects. This is as a result of the of the protruding objects blocking the wind generated waves and the shallow subsurface objects having deminished the wav size by inhibiting the wave dynamics <expressed in #4 above>


5) Leeward calm with diminished wave action due to shielding from wind.


The clearly evident fluid characteristics of the "Lagoon" area make it difficutl to deny this is a fluid body. Some have attempted to dismiss the waves as sand dunes. While sand dunes. like fluid waves are diminished on the leeward side of objects, Sand dunes are typically abruptly terminated by objects and do not traverse over the object and still allow the object to be seen beneath the dune wave form. This is just simple logic. Dunes will also not refract linear objects beneath them, making that object's line and form appear to be abruptly displaced, as water wave refraction does.



Lagoon Anomalies
There are several evident anomalies within the Lagoon waters. These anomalies are:

Triangular shaped "Teeth": There are 9 or 10 "teeth" beneath the surface in the northern area of the Lagoon. These "teeth" are equilateral triangular shaped and some appear to be conical. The purpose of these "teeth" can not be reasonably surmised, however their localized linear, equidistant arrangement and uniform shape make them clearly a non-natural, artificial construct. Some have offered that that these "teeth" might be similar to stalagmites, which are typically seen in cave formations. These "teeth" can not be stalagtites nor stalagmites because they result from the slow dripping of mineral saturated water from the ceilings of caves. There is no overhang present here to form these objects.





Twin Parallel Columns: Beneath the "teeth" there are TWO large cylindrical "Columns' that trend to the North/Northeast and dissapear in the Lagoon's depth. These columns also appear to be clearly non-natural, artificial constructs. The sides and ends of the columns appear to be pitted, making them appear to be a relict construction abandoned in the Lagoon. Some have compared these columns to the "Tubes". This seems to me to be unlikely because the Column ends have no evidence of their being hollow despite the pitting. Also there is no evidence of any regularly spaced "arch" supports.


Twin Columns: In the right hand image the first column is outlined in red dots. The second column is behind the first, up and two the right. The Right hand image shows the image negative. The pitted column surface is most evident in the right image at the lower right end of the column.

Sub-Surface CAVE: South East of the "Teeth" and the Twin Columns there is a large subsurface Cave. Such a cave might normally be considered a natural occurance. However the presence of the artificial Ridge to contain the Lagoon waters and the artificial "teeth" and columns within the Lagoon itself make this gaping cave highly suspect. Conceivably such a cave might serve as an intake or outflow for use of the Lagoon waters. The steam coming from the "Tower" stack makes the use of the water from the Lagoon in processing highly likely.

The Presence of the cave is supported by the existance of a large "Rift" within the Lagoon area itself evident in both wide-angle images, M03-00946 and M03-07456.







Conclusions
The Lagoon is a large fluid body. The southern Ridges seem to be artificial constructs serving to contain the fluid body <water> within the Lagoon area. Conceivably the fluids in the Lagoon are used somehow and result in the discharged steam from the "Tower" to the East. The Entire Lagoon, Ridge, River and "Tower" area seems to be contain numerous artificial construction which imply further construction underground and within the Ridges themselves.

Why '19.5 degrees' is Significant

19.5 degrees is the angle that's been found by researchers (Richard C. Hoagland, Stanley McDaniel, Erol Torun, Horace W. Crater, etc.) to be repeatedly encoded in the structures of Cydonia. It is viewed as a definite 'signal in the noise' - some kind of a 'message' left there by some intelligence. 19.5 is called t, the 'tetrahedral constant', because of its significance in tetrahedral geometry (a tetrahedron is a pyramid shape composed of four equilateral triangular sides): the apexes of a tetrahedron when placed within a circumscribing sphere, one of the tetrahedron's apexes touching the north pole, the other three apexes touch the surface of the sphere at 19.5 degrees south latitude. As we move on, the number, 19.5, will also be very important in my Nile Time-map theory. Ik vind het frappant dat het woord pyramide hier wordt gebruikt. In de studie die ik heb gevolgd hebben ze daar een begrip voor; het "horseless carriage syndrome". Ik denk dat het hele verhaal hier de mist in gaat. Wiskunde is namelijk een universele taal, maar dan wel op aarde! De wiskunde zoals wij die kennen bestaat uit tekens en betekenissen die hier op aarde ontstaan zijn. Dat wil niet zeggen dat buitenaardse beschavingen (als die er uberhaupt zijn) berekeningen maken en/of verstandhouding hebben met de wiskunde van de aarde (dit is typisch een voorbeeld van het egocentrische denken). 1 + 1 is hier 2 maar op andere planeten hoeft dat niet zo te zijn. Het lijkt mij aannemelijk dat door andere planetaire omstandigheden dus ook andere "uitkomsten/berekeningen" ontstaan.

Laat ik afsluiten met wat raad. Ik vind het prachtig dat er mensen op Partyflock zijn die intelligent zijn en een discussie kunnen voeren terwijl de ander in zijn waarde wordt gelaten, maar blijf kritisch naar al het materiaal toe wat je onder ogen krijgt.

Ik denk dat het hele verhaal hier de mist in gaat. Wiskunde is namelijk een universele taal, maar dan wel op aarde!

De fysische wetten blijven constant zowel hier op Aarde als op Mars, Pluto,... gelijk waar of wanneer dan ook.
Misschien dat buitenaardsen andere symbolen/waardes voor de eenheden hanteren(denk maar aan het Imperial Standard System),
