Then we take time to stretch through the hips and allow the stiff muscles around the joins to relax before taking the work to the Abdominals and mid back for stability and posture. Members will love powering up their Stand Split Pose with a exquisite James Morrison song in the forward folds and stretching deeply with Paul Schwartz in the second part of the track.

Balance moet je eigenlijk, net als de andere lessen, nog een 2e of 3e keer meedoen.­ Dan pas kun je je geheel 'ontspannen' en zelf uitvinden welke optie het beste bij je past.­ Je bent dan meer bekend met de bewegingen.­
