Geometry IS Sound IS Number.

Words carry sound. Sound has inherent geometry. Geometry relates to number. Hence the ancient art of numerology.

What we say, that is, the sounds that we utter, have an inherent geometry which has effect upon the world we live in.

What we say has a vibrational frequency.

What we think has a vibrational frequency.

What we say and what we think have impact upon what becomes real in the world, especially if many people say and think the same things!

[quote]Hans Jenny experimented with sound played into white sand on a black surface and discovered that the vibration of the sound caused the sand to take up geometric patterning. Number is Symbolic!

To understand number, we need to move out of our comfort zone that takes number for granted and ask, "How or why does number exist at all?" Number arises simply because time and space exist.

Space is measurable only because there is solid matter.

Imagine absolutely nothing in existence at all, just emptiness. What reason would there be to count?

But when there is solid matter occupying space, we can say that if the distance from one particular spot to another is counted as one, then from one particular spot to another which is double that distance, will be able to be counted as two and so on.

In the bigger picture, the movement of the solid bodies of sun and earth and moon, in relation to each other, is what we understand as time, and it is counted as whole cycles or parts of whole cycles, years, seasons, months, weeks, days.

If we look at number through the eyes of our ancient Earth ancestors, and their sacred symbols, number can be seen to have a developmental cycle from 0 to 9

If we accept that there is a progressive cycle from 0 to 9 existing in the Universe as a natural process, we are able to see that there are clues in the symbols and their relationship to number that tell us about how the process of Creation happens.

To do this, we must be able to release the conditioning and thinking of our current science that tells us that a Big Bang means that because there has been a physical `beginning' to our Universe, that there was a point when time as we experience it, began. Our Universe is giving birth to new bodies every Earth day. And it is taking bodies out of existence every Earth day.

Can we think big enough to think beyond our apparent Universe?

What if Creation operates through continuous cycles of Big Bangs and Black Holes? (Active and receptive forces, Creator at play, breathing energy/matter out and breathing it in eternally).

What if Creation always exists, and is an infinite pulsing body, and if Big Bang is its regular heartbeat?

To think in terms of cycles, we also must be able to release the mindset that has persisted from Darwinian theory that everything evolves in a linear fashion from something inferior to something superior.

Rather, we might consider that everything in Creation simply operates in cycles of experience. Evolution may be only an apparent effect at a certain stage of a cycle.

Degeneration and the fall of civilisations is an undeniable fact in our recorded history. The obvious pattern is that everything cycles, beginning with some new lifeform or idea, lives for a period of time experiencing that form or idea, and then gradually degenerates, passing away to allow some new lifeform or experience to emerge.

The cycle from 0 to 9 is a process that can be understood at the level of the macrocosm as the cycle of Creation that occurs in a continuously manifesting Universe. In the microcosm, it may be understood in one form as the cycle that occurs in human relationships with resultant learning and development of conscious awareness.

Inspired by the possibility that the geometric symbols of the pentagram and hexagram offered a representation of the process of Creation and that these forms in turn were symbolised by the numbers 5 and 6, I went looking for the ancient geometric symbols that might equate symbolically with the numbers for the complete cycle of integers (single numerical digits), from 0 to 9. I was also looking for confirmation of the concepts that I had been developing based on the four prime forces and the simple understanding of active and receptive forces.

I didn't have to look far. I found them in the ancient astrological symbols, in the symbols of indigenous peoples, in religious symbols from diverse cultures. I found symbols repeated from culture to culture, from Christian to Muslim to Mayan. I found that the quadrated circle and the symbol of concentric circles, or circle with a dot in the center seemed to be archetypal to the human experience. I even found a fairly similar process of thinking about number, symbols and geometry in Sufi religious philosophy to the cycle that I was proposing.

Of course it's all been done before. I was looking for a repetitive pattern that would reveal itself in cyclical processes here on Earth, or as the saying goes, "as above, so below", or in mathematical terms, a fractal pattern. The following is the Creation cycle that emerged from my thinking.
