"I Hate Trance!".. why do you ?

For the people who hate trance.. what's the reason you hate trance?

My opinion is that the scene is very arrogant, they think they are sooo kool, they are very full of themselfs. They also don't accept new influences, and they think their own scene is the real best.

mmmh .. I hate trance because I don't like it as music and I don't like people who listen it... well in particular here in Italy people who loves trance (as people who loves house music) are really strange , they think to be the only cool people on the globe and are not people to try to listen something different and to accept other kind of music

I don't think that u are italian ... mmh I think that I've not explain in a really good way what I would like to say...I've make a reply only about the italian situation... I can't says that I don't like all the people who listen trance because I've never known foreign people that listen trance ... I only know how are the italians people who listen it and are not so good (and well obviously not all the poeple are in that way ...someone is really good but nost of then are not) anyway I hate it first because I don't like this kind of music .. I can't listen it... I hope that u have understand

and I think there's no real energy in that music...

there is a stupid atmosphere in the music ,makes me feel bad and depressed ,there is this bar here in brunssum ,and they always play trance there ,but in that place a girls and dudes who look like heroine addicts ,everytime when I hear a trance track it reminds me of that depressing drugs/hooker/place.
They closed the place down a little while ago ,thank god ,but there was a real depressive junky atmosphere in there and the music ,owh yeah and its much to fuckin soft ,my dads farts are even more bassy than the bass in a trance track.

I love trance, it's one of my favorite styles. Who cares
I couldn't care less about people who say trance is shit, just because they want to be a part of the crowd. And I've allready seen a lot of names in this Flock of those people..to bad, and most certinly sad!
I like trance because it can very much relate to my other kind of emotions. I can really use Speedcore, Metal, Breakcore, Noize or Terror when I'm in a normal mood, or angree mood or whatever. But when I'm down, or in love, Trance, IMD and Progressive are the kinds of music for me.
I can really listen to every kind of music except for one..
Hip Hop/R&B and with that I mean the stuff that's been made over the last couple of years, because in the 80's and 90's there were some pretty good tracks. But the stuff they make now ? give me a beak.. And also I really hate the whole culture around it but I think we can ALL relate to that
well, I've had my share here, so I'll keep it with that for now

Hmm i can't catch this point. IDM is clearly difference then trance, but i understand ur mood thoughts.

I just don't like the music, i don't really know real trance fanatics so i can't judge them.

ghehe yeah I know, but I was just fishing in a big bowl of music styles which are kind different than Speedcore and such I mean, DNB also very much differs from Speedcore and Terror, but it's rather close to breakcore, which pretty much lies between..sort of. Anyhow that's what I meant
