Jordy Jurrius

Jordy is a late comer to the DJ world but is already breaking down a few doors. Started in July 2008, made his debut as DJ in October 2009 at The Floating World Events in Nijmegen (The Netherlands), organized by Marc Simz, became resident DJ, helping Marc organizing it, now taking over the organization as of 2011 to invite talented dj's from Holland to give them a chance to play and a first step to a career as DJ.
He is getting support from all over the world thanks to his internet radio show 'Translucent Waves' aired twice a month on Trancesonic.FM online radio station, is also resident dj since January 2009 in The Vanishing Point radio show of Kaeno every month.
His career is moving very quickly after appearing in Miami alongside Markus Schulz, Glenn Morrison, Marcus Schossow, Mike Saint-Jules at the official opening party of the Winter Music Conference 2010.
Jordy played already alongside well known names in the trance scene like: Ronski Speed, Markus Schulz, Glenn Morrison, Mike Saint-Jules, Tritonal, Marcus Schossow, Marc Simz, Ron van den Beuken, Jochen Miller, Artento Divini, RAM.
During Jordy's performances you can expect different styles like progressive, uplifting, trance to bring the crowd in the right mood.

Towards the end of 2011 he started producing his own tracks with a few collabs coming up, in 2012 expecting the first releases.

As of October 2011 Jordy will be playing and producing under his full name. Until recently he was playing under the name jOr-D.
