Biografie
·Wesley Monteiro entered the house music scene in 2011 with the hit song
*'Madalena'*. Madalena (GS mix & Beach mix) was in collaboration with
Dj/producer Gregor Salto, Anibel Fortes & Melissa Fortes, which was
released on the label G-Rex Music from Gregor Salto.
In 2012 'Madalena' was nominated at the 'Cape Verdean Music Awards' as best
House song and in 2014 it also made it to the World Cup Album (Bem Brasil)
from Dj Fatboy Slim, this album was released by the label Decca (UMO)
Wesley used to play in a band as a keyboard player with a few friends.
After a few years of touring around (almost) every Portuguese speaking
country's, including performances with Kizomba 'star' Nelson Freitas',
Wesley decide to take the step to go for his solo career as DJ/Producer.
As a keyboard player he had his highlight in 2013, a big concert in Coliseu
Dos Recreios Lisbon (Portugal) with Nelson Freitas. The concert was
recorded for DVD release and was released by Sony Music.Beside of being a
keyboard player Wesley was also the bandleader and one of the two musical
directors.
Until now Wesley has got 14 official releases on international labels which
distributes on portals like: iTunes, Beatport, Spotify etc etc.
At the moment he's working on several EP's which will be released in 2017!
Be on the look out for his new adventure as a solo Dj/Producer!
