·When Berlin-based producer Steve Huerta released 'Take Me Closer' and 'Can't Let Go' on Amadeus Records in 2012 he instantly received support from Catz 'N Dogz, KRL & Waze & Odyssey. With backing like that early on his career, it was clear that he was someone to be reckoned with and followed closely, excellently backed up with releases on Jay Shepheard's Retrofit and Dirt Crew Recordings.
Along the way, his single 'Things I Didn't Mean" produced with Urulu reached astonishing heights in 2013 remaining in the Beatport Top 10 for weeks on end, and being listed as Resident Advisor's 48th most charted track of the year. Moving into 2014 Steve's music earned the support of DJ Mag, BBC 1 and XLR8R, and found its way into releases for Universal Music, Defected and Anjunadeep.
Steve Huerta's signature style harkens back to house music's roots while maintaining a deep, modern sheen.
