Biografie
Jan Theo Berendsen (p.k.a. Jengi) has been steadily making a name for himself across raw and cultural club music, following a string of releases including his debut single 'Bruh' and EP 'Colors' in 2017, along with collaborating with FS Green and LEYO for the 'House of Pablo Pack' re-work EP. Now touring Europe following on from performance at ADE, 2023 is already promising to be the biggest yet for this young talent.
Jengi is also known for the catchy club banger and viral phenomenon 'Bel Mercy'. This highly anticipated track has already gained regular playtime from industry titans such as Diplo and Sam Divine, in addition to radio support from Arielle Free and Danny Howard. After 'Bel Mercy' featured on a Beatport TikTok upload, the track was ripped and shared everywhere, and
catapulted to online stardom with 65 million views, six million likes and 5000 creations on TikTok, in addition to over seven million Instagram Reel views.
