Meitje is the brand new musical collaboration between ex-Wooden Constructions frontman Gover Meit and hip-hop producer Shroom (Wu-Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes, Hell Razah).
The past year, both men have waged battle to create a record that should give contemporary music a vigorous kick in the pants. Their efforts have resulted in the album "It Takes A Lot", which incorporates just about every genre known for making humankind undress.
On Friday the 15th of November, the full album was performed live for the very first time by a huge band consisting of multi-talented musicians from every nook and cranny of the Dutch music scene. It was a hyperkinetic spectacle filled with deranged visuals, maniacal acts, terrifying guest performances and tons of seismic activity.
