Biografie
Numa Crew is a collective, founded in Florence (Italy) in 2005, that combines djs and producers: Lapo, Léonard P aka Bloood!, Botz ,T.Kay, Arge aka Voodoo Rebel, Ago, Donni23 and Mc Ninjaz.
With the partnership of Simone "Seemo" Fabbroni (whom they worked with as residents at the legendary Mud Club in Florence) and Alberto Tucci aka Tuzzy, a new record label "Elastica" comes to life (first italian dubstep label), between 2007 and 2010, Numa Crew has released five 12" vynil records also featuring international heavyweights such as Zion Train and The Dub Sync.
As a branch of "Elastica", a new label sprouts in 2008 "Erba Records" followed by three "bootleg" releases rigorously in 12"s ('Herbalist', 'Gangsta nuh Play', 'Sweet Life') all, punctually, on top of the dubstep charts according to the most reknowned international web stores. During the last years Numa Crew has founded two other discographic brands called Voodoo Rebel and Digital Smokers, also been released on many other international and national labels as EMI Italy, Police in Helicopter, Foulplay US, DBox, System Crash and Convoy Unltd.
They have been collaborating with and remixing various artists such as Subsonica, Daddy Freddy, Horace Andy, LNRipley, Almamegretta, Dub FX, Casino Royale, Illbilly Hitech and many more..
The crew has been broadcasting live on Sub FM sharing a radioshow with their close friend and dubplate killer, DJ Foster. Throughout they've been playing in Europe (Germany, France, Romania, England, Austria, Bulgary, Holland, Greece, Spain & Outlook Festival) and South America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Bolivia).
