Rogun fell in love with music at a very young age. Due to his mother which played music every day .She played music like Abba,Michael Jackson and many more well known artists.
So Robbert listened to these kinds of music sinds he was a baby .
When he was at the age of 5 he started to develop his own musical taste. Back then it was normal to listen to the radio and cassette. So Robbert spendt many hours turning the radio frequence wheel and changing cassettes. Till he found a radio station that played house music all night long.
This radio station was the first radio station in robberts life that brought him house music.
The music he heard at the radio was a life stream from a club in belgium and back then it was the best house from that moment. It was in the year 1989.And from that moment he started to develop his love for house music.
When he was at the age of 10 he was listening to criticall mass and other happy hardcore producers. Time goes by and many forms of house music was listened by him.
As he was listening to music like zillion and magik (tiesto) he started to experiment with music by trying to mix 2 individual cd players on the right time. There was no pitch control available for him because of the expences .So he started out with 2 single players.
He started out playing at his local village at age 13 somewhere upstairs where all the kids came together on saturday evenings.
That is the place where he at the age of 15 had his first contact with the pitch control cd players,it was a numark double cd player.
Back home he was still trying to play it perfect on these 2 cd players without pitch control ,but it wasn't easy. Alltough he was practicing 4 days a week, He started to save some money .
Robbert did an hour practice every saturday evening,until he had is own.
When he was 17 he bought his first own double cd player from jb systems and started to practice in his bedroom at the sealing of his home.
After a couple years of practice he started to play in local clubs and pubs and he started together with some friends throwing party's.
With music styles like tech house,techno,latin house,ibiza house and Hardstyle & hardcore.
In 2011 he did the biggest party till then.
Toghether with some friends he gave the ultimate summer vibe party of his area called
Sounds of Pleasure ,this was at the beach and during for 11 hours .
After he did Sounds of Pleasure he continued playing in local clubs and in other States of the country.
And all this just for the love of house music & happy people!
