Justin Strikes

Justin Strikes (born Joost Rikkerink on December 2, 1988) is a Dutch musician, DJ en record producer of electronic dance music.

At an early age Justin already became involved in music: composing pop music and movie sound tracks on his piano, making bootlegs and producing tracks in his own private homestudio. He has been inspired since childhood by his heroes, famous DJ 's Axwell, Eric Prydz and Fedde le Grand. Justin's sound is Progressive House, melodic house -sometimes with vocals- with some trance influences.

Justin was 'discovered' by a club owner in Hengelo. He performed every Saturday night in this club while playing the hottest and latest house tracks and continued to skyrocket performing in several famous clubs and at events in The Netherlands as well as beyond our borders.

Justin is focussing very hard to make his personal style noticed all over the world.

Many people know him from performances as Televizierring Gala (2012) – broadcasted on radio- and tv, Liberation at the University of Twente (2012), Matinee at Club Air Amsterdan (2012), Panama Amsterdam (2012), Mixx Events in Kerkrade (2013), Bootshaus in Köln, Germany (2013), as main closing act at the Gaypride on Rembrandt Square, Amsterdam (2010, 2012 & 2013) and many more. He did two tours in 2013, in Tel Aviv & Eilat (Israel) and Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain).

In addition to these performances, Justin's tracks as 'Euphoria', 'Outburst', 'Let Yourself Go' & 'Love For You' have airplay on the famous Dutch dance station 'Radio 538'. His track 'Outburst' landed on the 15th place up in the Buzz Charts.

Since 2011 Justin is signed to the labels of Laidback Luke (Mixmash Records & Ones to Watch). There will be many more releases and collabs in the near future, so stay tuned! place up in the Buzz Charts .
