Defector

Defector, a Hardstyle DJ/Producer from the Netherlands, works hard to deliver a own unique sound to the scene. He allready played at Emporium 2013, Superbash 2013, Freshtival 2014, C.R.A.F.T 2014, Boulevard Outdoor 2014 and more..
He describes his style as: "Energetic, Unexpected and Hard". U can expect own productions, edits, intro's, mash-ups and forgotten tracks at his live performances. With various sets he knows how to get the party started!

His passion started back in the days when a good friend showed him a program called Virtual DJ. After trying to learn the basics it was time to buy a real DJ set. Defector learned everything with vinyl and he still has the passion for it. From there it went on and so he participated at many DJ contest, with results! He wanted more and so he started producing his own music. After spending a lot of hours in the studio the first tracks were born. One of his tracks was played at the mainstage of Q-base 2009 called 'The Hollow Men'. This unforgettable experience gave him more motivation to move on. With his love for the harder side of Hardstyle he has produced tracks like 'The Hunter' that were picked up by the Scottish record label Infexious Hardstyle. Nowadays he still releasing his tracks on Infexious Hardstyle and his EP's hitting the Hardstyle charts. He works hard, plays hard and struggling for the best quality. Keep a eye on him in the future because he's going strong and carry through.

Defector played at events like Emporium 2013, Superbash, Quakedance, Dangerouz Mindz and more. Also important to announce is that he was one of the winners of the Q-dance Defqon1 Australia Anthem competition back in 2010.
