DJ XLII is a DJ from the Dutch gothic/dark underground and fetish scene. He is/was resident DJ at The Endless Night Vampire Ball (across Europe & USA), Old Souls Gala [formerly Romantic Remembrance Gala] (Italy), Gala Nocturna (Belgium), Danse Macabre (Germany), Cyberia, Bal du Masque, Boudoir Bizarre, Illusia and the Summer Darkness festival in Utrecht
🇳🇱. He has and has also played as a guest at numerous other gothic and fetish parties and festivals across the world.
Depending on the party, he can play a harsh pounding rythmic industrial and/or EBM set, an ambient set mixed out of movie soundtracks, soundscapes, IDM and dark ambient or an atmospheric dancenight consisting of darkwave, paganfolk, neofolk, medieval and heavenly voices. But that's not all, he often also mixes the genres, or adds some '80s, alternative or even classical music or pop tracks to his set.
