Gila

DJ Gila is born as Chiel Scheermakers on october 14th in Breda.
As a young boy, his DJ career begins. After finishing his education in 2005, being a DJ becomes more serious.
He played in Bermuda' in Eindhoven, Marrakech Morocco, Dominican Republic in Santa Domingo, Spain in Mallorca and he was the DJ during the finally of Mijn tent is Top', a Dutch television show.
Besides this, he is the resident DJ at Brooklyn Breda. It is important that my music promotes a splendid groove. It should not be too simple, musically, nor be to stale. On average, a set of DJ Gila takes about four to five hours, so the construction of the set is very important.
House combined with jazz music promotes an higher dimension for DJ Gila. This rising star finds it an enormous challenge to work together with live musicians.
