Originally from Poland, 1997 is a bass music DJ & producer residing in the UK, specialising in high energy, heavy hitting sounds of UK Bass and Bassline, with a focus on distorted, gritty synths, incorporating dark atmospheres and themes into all his productions.

1997 is rapidly making a name for himself, having released music on labels such as Crucast, Night Bass, Club Friendly, 3000 Bass, has a track published on the UKF YouTube channel, and has received support from the likes of AC Slater, Qlank, Dr Fresch, Skepsis, Holy Goof, Nubass, Gentlemen's Club and many others.
