Manon

Based in Ghent, Belgium, Manon is a young artist on the hunt for the newest hot cuts, preferably those with an energetic rolling bass line. Roaming the nightlife scene for more than a decade and getting in touch with all kinds of music genres, there's always been a certain urge to share her passion for music.

At the age of 14, Manon was pulled in by the melodic vibes of liquid Drum-'n-bass. Soon afterward, an interest in the House scene emerged. These sweaty warehouse parties and energetic crowds were the mere base of a smouldering passion for the more underground Techno scene.

Combining the old and new, Manon delivers an energetic set with just a hint of melancholy. A steady groove, driving percussion and occasionally some break beat sounds are the foundation of a bass- and rhythm-heavy sound that's addictively mysterious and mysteriously intoxicating.

Playing music genres ranging from funky House tunes to fierce Techno beats, she smoothly adapts to every occasion. Being part of the House collective 'After The Groove', she strives to bring people together through music.
