JAEV

JAEV is a melodic techno specialist from the south of the Netherlands. After passing the alphabet in fruity mixes on his soundcloud, he continued to candies, and has since also uploaded some livesets. All in all, he has done a lot of mixing hours with some of the finest melodic techno.

Since he took the step to Traktor and a brand new Allen&Heath mixer, the difference can certainly be heard within his sets. More subtle effects, better filtering and overall smoother mixing has been made possible with this new set-up.

Also exploring the producing spectrum with Maschine and Ableton and maybe a hybrid set-up in the future, adding percussion and melodies to existing songs, JAEV will make sure you're feeling as though you're flying through space itself.

With more then 10 years of experience in DJ'ing as a Drive-In DJ and some 5 years with Techno only, JAEV knows the ways around a DJ set, the energy of the crowd and what to do with that energy.

Every month or so you'll find a new mix, and since I like fruits and candy, they have fruity and candy names.
