·MAKLA is a young italian dj/producer duo based in Cologne, Germany.
Moved to Cologne, Germany in 2015 they started developing their sound and playing in their hometown clubs Bootshaus and many other clubs around Germany, Denmark, Italy and Holland.In spring 2017 their sound brought them to play at Noa Beach Club mainstage in Croatia, one of the best clubs in the world.They're supported from major acts like Excision, Boaz Van De Beatz, Boombox Cartel, Valentino Khan, Aazar, 4B, Ookay, Laidback Luke, Mike Cervello, Junkie Kid, Dyro, Borgore, YOOKiE, Mightyfools and many more, having tracks played on radioshows like Diplo & Friends, Hyperhouse, Annie Nightingale, UFK Radio.To name a few of important supports -'Grind' on LA's label spirited was supported at Ultra Miami 2017 and EDC Orlando 2017 by Boombox Cartel and 'Raw' was supported by Valentino Khan at UMF 2018.
Makla has released on some of the best labels in the JungleTerror, Trap, Bass genre like Barong Family, Mixmash Records, Armada Music, Riotville, Harsh Records, La Clinica Records.In october 2018 they released their first track on Barong Family with Eastblock Bitches, called 'Drop Like' featuring Mr. Shammi, the track was included inthe 'Family Matters vol.1' compilation, which includes many of the most promising talents around the globe. By the end of 2018 they've released KIEF with Krischvn and Meet Me At Bootshaus with FIGHT CLVB & Killkid, definetely taking the MAKLA duo to the next level in their Global Bass style.
Live they're always catching the vibes with energetic and various sets becoming a name to watch out in the Jungle/Global Bass/Trap genre, keeping their own hard-hitting sound.
