The Dutch band Scrum first saw the light of day in April 2004. Their music has always been described as "Power Folk": Rock with Scottish and Irish influences in which bagpipes and fiddle play a big part.
Scrum has been invited to many festivals and concerts over the last nine years and everywhere they've played both audience and band were very enthusiastic which shows in the support of an ever increasing fan base. During every gig Scrum aims for the highest goal: To send the audience home, totally worn out and with a huge smile.
Over the last few years Scrum has been invited to play at festivals outside the Netherlands as well and have been receiving a very warm welcome, and to most of these festivals they have been invited to return in the nearby future.
