Een witte vlinder
fladderend
van bloem tot bloem,
steeds op zoek
naar nieuwe kleuren
in het voorjaar van haar leven,
heel even maar.

Michelle ging dansend door het leven.
Ze kwam ons tegemoet met een stralende lach.
Ze genoot van eenvoudige, lieve dingen.
Ze was een gezellige meid, een dierbare vriendin.
Ze had zin in het leven en in de zorg voor mensen.

Al hield je nog zoveel van het leven, je had het niet in eigen hand.
Ongevraagd moest je het verlaten
en wij stonden machteloos aan de kant

Het leven is te kort om te discussiëren over onbenulligheden..
Neem genoegen met minder,
en ben tevreden met wat je hebt..
Want als je dat alles wat je bezit verliest,
zal je je pas realiseren wat je kwijt bent!

Spending all my money on dope

That’s what I do on fridays and saturdays.
