OBSERVEREN. Ga na, of de patient geld bij zich heeft. Neem dit af, teneinde uitbreiding van het letsel te voorkomen en om zelf nog wat achter de hand te hebben.
ADEMHALINGSOEFENINGEN. In geval van ademhalingsmoeilijkheden, de keel geheel met twee handen omsluiten en dichtknijpen, teneinde langer lijden te voorkomen.
BEWUSTELOOSHEID. Bij bewusteloosheidsverschijnselen de patient zolang mogelijk met rust laten, dan heeft hij/zij er langer plezier van.
BLOEDVERLIES. Bij ernstig bloedverlies de patient in een vergiet deponeren, en geheel laten uitlekken. NIET door de wringer halen, i.v.m. inwendige kneuzingen.
BOTBREUK: Bij breken van beide benen de patient proberen op de handen te laten lopen.
BRANDWONDEN; Bij ernstige brandwonden DIRECT korting vragen bij het crematorium.
VERDRINKING: Als u een drenkeling ziet, gooi dan eventueel een reddingsboei, indien niet aanwezig, iets anders ( een steen of zo ) . Oefen hierop thuis, en op de cursus.
VERGIFTIGING: In geval van vergiftiging ( behalve bij schoonmoeder ) direct evacueren, Rijnmond waarschuwen, en de hele boel laten afgraven.
