Around 1992, at highschool, Rogier van der Meer got in touch with listeners of housemusic.
His schoolmates got him mixtapes of known and unknown dj's in the scene from dutch clubs like Parkzicht, Rotterdam and Roxy, Amsterdam.
Tapes that contained tracks from project such as Praga Khan, Gizmo, Dj Rob, Inner city, Bizzare, Holy noise and much more.
These were the days that made housemusic's firm foundation. Nowadays Rogier van der Meer still believes housemusic must have the
same feel as in the early years of rave. With that in mind and the love for bouncy kicks and energetic grooves, fat basses and dirty leads, he picks his tunes to play.
Great remixes and bootlegs with regonizable vocals, lyrics, phrases and shouts is what this dj wants to spin to get you moving.
Dj Phase played at severall places around the globe. Mainly in Dubai 🇦🇪 Sjiofok 🇭🇺 and Hasselt 🇧🇪 and offcourse in the clubs of The Hague 🇳🇱 and many other clubs in Holland.
