Techno is creating sounds that don't exist in reality. If you recognise a sound, then it's not techno anymore. It's techno from technology, musical science. Abstractness, and impulses for the body movement. It's the sound of the beginning of life, people were already born with the groove. In a way, techno was always there and evolved with the world.
