Deep Cutz

Deep Cutz is an underground eclectic Drum & Bass, Dub(step), Breakcore, Breaks, Crossbreed and Jungle event located at different underground legalized squat style venues in the Netherlands. The concept of Deep Cutz was formed in the summer of 2009 as a spin off night of our Strike Back concept giving space to the more progressive sounds of solid hype free underground sound system driven UK bass music. After hosting these kind of nights under the flag of renowned Nijmegen based venue Doornroosje, starting with a smaller and more intimate setting at Merleyn a dependance the latter, the concept moved to indoor skatepark Waalhalla. This became our home base but we also spread the virus with editions in Belgium, and different cities in the Netherlands: Nijmegen, Arnhem, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Groningen, Dordrecht and more to come. As well as countless free / squat parties, paying tribute to our roots.

Now with main area that can hold a capacity crowd of 1500+ ravers and a second smaller bar/chill floor at our home base Waalhalla. The warehouse hosts an indoor skatepark which doubles up as a huge unique space for big events like Deep Cutz. In the last years this amazing venue has become one of the Netherlands most talked about venues. Opting to resurrect the old school sound system driven rave culture Deep Cutz transformed it's concept in to something more fitting for our new home base. Still pushing the sounds of forward thinking music on both floors and delivering a true illegal rave experience in the main area at a legalized place like Waalhalla.

Here we crack open a huge sound system of pure bassline pressure. In addition we invite Namec for a wicked laser and light show to complete the whole experience.
Rolling hard getting mashed up by a ridiculous sound system in the main and getting to know some new upfront tunes, Deep Cutz pushes hard to give you best of both worlds.
